Farmers and Artisans Market: Every Wednesday 12:00-7:00 PM
A showcase for all that is grown and sold on Grand Cayman. Shops, restaurants, and local growers and artisans come together to create an atmosphere of fun. From 3 PM onwards, local entertainers join the artisans and farmers for live entertainment and real-time art displays. Located at The Paseo, Camana Bay.
Monday Night Beach BBQ: Every Monday 5:30Pm-9:00PM
Every night from 5:30-9:00 head to Rum Point for a "three course Caribbean inspired BBQ." A $38 fee is required for adults and $19 for children. Price includes entrance and gratuity and a welcome cocktail for the adults. The beach BBQ has live music, dancing, and food for the whole family. Website Facebook
Pirates Week: November 9-13, 2017 (Time TBA)
Pirates week is the National Festival of the Cayman Islands. Lasting from Thursday to Monday, this festival celebrates local food and drinks, parades, sporting events, fireworks, and much more! Website
Annual Christmas Tree Lighting: November 18, 2017 5:00-8:00 PM
The annual Christmas Tree lighting, free to all, transforms The Crescent into a winter wonderland. With performances by the Cayman National Choir and Orchestra. Santa will be making an appearance for kids. It is recommended that those looking to dine at the near by restaurants call in advanced and make reservations, as the area gets very crowded during the celebration. Annual Parade of Lights: December 2, 2017 6:00PM-8:00PM
A night in which Camana Bay becomes lit up with beautiful boats sailing along the harbor. Featuring live music, firework displays, a Christmas market, and food and drinks, this event is welcome to the whole family.
Intertrust Marathon: December 3, 2017 5:00AM-12:00 PM
The Intertrust Cayman Island Marathon is an annual full and half marathon now going on its 14th year. Running through the beautiful island landscape, both professional and amateur runners can enjoy a tour through the beautiful roads of the Cayman Island. Starting in George Town, the race has "perfect running conditions" of flat and fast routes. Those who qualify in this marathon are able to go to the Boston Marathon. Spectators are also welcomed. Taste Of Cayman: January 27, 2018 4:00PM-12:00 AM
Taste of Cayman is the largest culinary celebration on this islands. With over 45 restaurants taking part in the event, and over 5,000 attendees, this is one of the most anticipated events. Little Cayman Mardi Gras: February 10, 2018 (Time TBA)
The Little Cayman Mardi Gras is held the annual the Saturday before Ash Wednesday. Guests and locals from both Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac come to the little island for a lively parade, local musicians, dance performances, a Masquerade ball, and so much more. All proceeds from the event go towards Little Cayman National Trust. The Parade starts at Head O'Bay and ends at Edward Bodden Airfield. Facebook

Junior Batabano: April 27-28, 2018 (Time TBA)
The Islands national carnival is going on its 32nd year. Typically held during the first week of may, Junior Batabano welcomes kids and families to join the celebration. Batabano, being a salute to the nation's heritage, particularly that of 'turtling' is named after the tracks left in the sand by sea turtles. Held in the capital, George Town, the goal of the junior carnival is to promote Cayman's unique heritage at in a safe, family oriented, way. Website
International Fishing Tournament: April 24- May 1, 2018 (Time TBA)
Islanders and Anglers head to the Cayman Islands to take part in the annual fishing tournament with prizes given out to top catches of Marlin, Tuna, and other game fish. Website

Batabano: May 2-6, 2018 (Time TBA)
The Islands national carnival is going on its 32nd year. Batabano, being a salute to the nation's heritage, particularly that of 'turtling' is named after the tracks left in the sand by sea turtles. Held in the capital, George Town, the carnival and parade along with the many other events occurring over the celebratory period, is meant to be a cultural celebration drawing on dance, music, history, and vibrant costuming to bring life to the celebration. Flowers Sea Swim: June 16-18, 2018
Located at 7 Mile Beach, the Flowers Sea Swim hosts competitors from 8-80 years old! Whether you are a competitive swimmer or just want to give it a try, Flowers Sea Swim welcomes all those looking for a good time swimming in the beautiful Caribbean waters. The one mile sea swim will be held on June 16, 2018 followed by the 5k/10k sea swim June 18, 2018. Website
Queens Birthday: June 18, 2018
To celebrate their British heritage, a celebration for the queen is held annually in George Town on Grand Cayman. The event features a full military parade.
