Upon arriving in SBH, we were greeted by Jules who assisted us with getting our car and escorted us to Villa KAY, where we would be staying for the next three nightsI was more than pleased with our accommodations and have a new love for this villa, which goes beyond its chic, modern style. Within just a few minutes of arriving to the seven-bedroom home, family of goats greeted us. This villa has a nice balance of flora, fauna, and modern amenities with Sonos throughout the home, fully stocked kitchen cabinets, and US satellite TV. Plus, the housekeeping staff goes above and beyond when it comes to making the included breakfast of perfectly cooked eggs and bacon

It had been a few years since I had been to the steep hillside of Colombier to visit Villa MGO and it looked better than ever. The classic Caribbean-style house has views of the harbor from every bedroom. I would stay here in a heartbeat for the heated pool, tall palm trees, and lovely terraces

A gentle breeze surrounds this two-bedroom villa that is perched on the cliffside in Colombier. With each bedroom equal in size and private from one another, its a great house for two couples traveling together. With a stone-lined pool, cushioned sunbathing areas next to large natural rocks, and a hot tub, this villa will give you privacy from everyone but the local goats.

This three-bedroom villa is home to vast views of Gustavia harbor and small neighboring islands. Sitting effortlessly on the hillside, this modern home gives guests ocean views from every bedroom. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised with the finishing touches and furnishings, including the modern wood panelling, open living areas, and accent stone walls. This is the perfect place to watch prop planes land over the busy harbor.

For guests who are looking for something fresh and stylish, yet simple and authentic, look no further. This beachside cottage is a classic example of old St. Barths, and is only a five minute walk from some incredible restaurants including Isle de France. A perfectly placed hammock on the covered, wooden deck makes this two-bedroom beach house perfect for two couples or a small family

I was excited to visit LUM again as I had not been to the villa since before its post Irma renovation. The villa is composed of neutral shades of wood with some touches of blue, green, and red throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything guests would need to cook a lovely meal. I was happy to see that the foliage between the property and the road was lush and full after Irma.

From the Bruma fixtures to turtle shells hanging on the walls this villa is filled with detailed artwork. It is a brand new villa that already feels like a comfortable home. Sliding doors open the living room up onto the pool deck, which provides views of Lorient Beach from a sleek, heated infinity pool. The sunsets in Villa TAR are unique because from the terrace, guests can see the entire island become backlit, creating a contrasting silhouette between the island and the evening sky

We visited Villa CAR after the home underwent some renovations, and it feels brand new. With simple parking, you walk onto the property and a nice breeze hits you. With a large pool, well-kept landscaping, and sleek balconies, this villa is perfect for couples or a small family

For those of you who followed our trip on social media, you know that this may be my new favorite villa on the island. The villa is well thought-out and has a smart layout. From whitewashed wood floors to linen furniture, to the rope fixtures and the leather door handles, the attention to detail is exquisite. The villa is as comfortable as it is stunning and with an ideal location in Gouverneur and original artwork throughout, its hard not to be mesmerized

Because this new villa has perfect views towards Corossol in the northwest, there will be great sunset views year round. Guests will also have front row seats to see the planes flying on and off the island. This is the perfect villa for any small group that is looking to be central, in between Gustavia and St. Jean.

Located within walking distance of St. Jean beach, Villa BOR is a comfortable home with full air conditioning. The living room has new linen couches, and connects to the pool deck through sliding glass doors. The lower bedroom was spacious and surprisingly had incredible views despite being on the lower level

With two connecting bedrooms, Villa BST would be great for a family or couples traveling together. The large living area opens up onto a wooden pool deck and heated infinity pool. With a wet bar, built-in BBQ and perfect shaded napping areas, this villa is perfect for spending a day in. Whether guests are looking out at the runway or at the entire St. Jean hillside, one thing is for sure, this villa promises incredible sunsets, all year round

With three bedrooms, two pools, and three hot tubs this villa speaks to guests who love to be in the water. The open living room is nicely detailed with many custom features and built-ins. This home is equipped with full AC but guests are welcome to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.

Im trying to think of a villa on the island that has a better living room, and Im drawing a blank – this space is open and extremely comfortable. After renovations, this villa is filled with modern touches that are just enough to make the villa feel fresh without going overboard on the contemporary feel. There are a number of special features that make this villa unique like the outdoor pizza oven, wine cooler, and stairs leading to the sea

With panoramic views of St. Jean Bay, this newly renovated five-bedroom villa is incredibly comfortable. Outdoor dining areas, an open living room, and a large gazebo next to the infinity pool, Villa RIG is perfect for large groups looking to relax.

After some renovations, Villa MOZ is back on the radar as one of my personal favorites on the island. While modernized with a new pool and fresh bedrooms, it still holds true to the classic French-Caribbean design. The kitchen stands out with updated amenities and cabinetry. Overall, this cliffside villa is interiorly stunning and exteriorly mesmerizing with the best views from Pointe Milou
