New EU Visa Requirements for US Citizens

Effective January 1, 2024 US citizens traveling to EU member states will be required to pre-register and pay for a visa.

What Does That Mean for Traveling to St. Barts and St. Martin?

We got confirmation from our sources in the Tourism Committee and St Barth government that there will be no visa requirement for St Barts and St Martin. You might remember that as an overseas collectivity St Barts is not a member of the EU, and has some level of autonomy in setting policies for immigration.
