St Barth Tourism Committee Covid-19 Safety Release

Covid-19 Safety release from the St Barth Tourism Committee
22 January 2021

Since beginning of January 2021, the world is witnessing the resurgence of the pandemic. While St. Barts has been largely preserved since the start of the crisis that arose last year, we strive to keep it this way. That’s why we are presently enforcing our vigilance to keep our island as safe as possible for our visitors and residents. Our intent is to continue implementing pragmatic preventive measures to keep Covid-19 at bay while at the same time maintaining the economy of our island open. Our hotels & villas, restaurants, shops, leisure activities, sports and wellness services, beaches… have all remained opened since June 2020. St. Barts will continue to be a safe haven as long as our traveling visitors and residents alike adhere to the same common-sense moral commitment:

Anyone arriving to St. Barts will be asked to follow this ethical engagement to self-isolate from persons outside of its known inner-circle for a period of 7 days. During that time, you will be able to visit our dreamlike beaches, take some well-deserved R&R under our sunny weather, or simply just take a walk or go for a swim.

Additionally, all travelers shall be
• Required to produce a negative RT-PCR test of less than 72h, including children over 11 years old
• Required to test again on the 7th day

The wide range of villas and hotels available on the island will offer and assist you all needed services you wish for.
We are looking forward welcoming you.
