Castaway to Villa Ani Estate (villa code: ANI EST), a 10-suite private resort featuring two private villas overlooking Little Bay Beach in Anguilla. This modern and all-inclusive villa is ideal for family trips, corporate retreats, boutique private weddings, and groups of friends traveling to the island.

The ten bedrooms are spread over North Villa (four suites) and South Villa (six suites). Both villas feature a chic and modern style, with contemporary wooden furnishings and a distinct tropical atmosphere. Striking artworks also make this estate stand out, with a unique design that’s second-to-none.   Nestled in a central yet private corner of the island, Ani Estate enjoys stunning views over Little Bay Beach. Golf carts let you zip down to Crocus Bay Beach within 5-minutes, one of the island’s most famous snorkeling spots. Sandy Ground Beach is also a short drive away, with a selection of the island’s best beach bars.  

Villa Ani Estate is part of WIMCO’s Special Reserve Collection of villas, which means the services of a private chef are included in the price of the villa. At Villa Ani Estate you’ll have an all inclusive villa stay experience. Here is what is included in the price.  

Half-Board gourmet meals prepared by our Executive Chef, Chef Sweets, that cater to your group’s dietary restrictions and food preferences. Unique mixologist creations and all-day snacks. Massages and spa treatments. Cooking classes, Tennis Lessons, Personal Training by our in-house professionals. Kid’s activities, babysitting hours, laundry, and more. Living Spaces: As you enter either villa, a skylight above illuminates a dramatic atrium, with the staircase and an indoor water feature. The open-plan design flows onto the spacious great room, with soaring ceilings above the living and dining spaces. In the great rooms, the living areas feature a media center, with a flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix and a quality SONOS sound system. Each villa also has a games room with a billiards table and shuffleboard courts.The South Villa in Ani Estate is also fully accessible with ramps, roll-in showers, a pool life, and other features that make the estate accessible to guests of all abilities.  

Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchens at Villa Ani Estate offer every convenience when it’s time to whip up your own meals. However, with a private chef preparing your breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner, you’ll barely need to lift a finger. The dining rooms are part of the great room, elegant settings for an island-style dinner party. There are also outdoor dining tables available for the nights you’d prefer to enjoy your gourmet meal in the fresh Caribbean air.  

Bedrooms: In total, Ani Estate Villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, with additional guests welcome on request. All the master bedrooms are oriented towards the breathtaking western view. Each bedroom comes with its own spacious ensuite and a private patio that’s ideal for a relaxing private massage or sunset drink.  Each villa has a suite on the top level, with a total of six more bedrooms spread across the second floors. Both the North and South Villas also have a ground-floor guest bedroom, each equipped with two double beds. The rest of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed, while three can be converted to have a pair of twin beds. No matter how many rooms you rent, you have exclusive use of the resort.  

Outdoor Features: The sophisticated living spaces continue into the outdoor spaces. Each villa features its own infinity pool, a large jacuzzi, and lounge areas with breathtaking views.    The swimming pools are an inviting spot to lounge about all day, with sunbeds lining the water letting you soak up the island rays. A covered lounge area makes for a fantastic spot to come together to watch the sunset, admiring as the sky turns rosy gold. A steep and rocky path leads from Ani Estate Villa to Little Bay Beach, a quiet spot to enjoy the crystalline Caribbean waters. Guests can also use the golf carts to drive to Crocus Bay Beach, one of the best snorkeling spots on Anguilla. The calm waters are home to turtles, sea urchins, and a range of colorful fish.  

Amenities: Each property inside Villa Ani Estate comes with housekeeping daily and butler service. Also included is a kid and sports coordinator to help organize activities, while a tennis pro can help you work on your forehand. A well-equipped gym offers an ideal spot for working up a sweat.   For dining outside of Ani Estate Villa, you’re well-positioned to make the most of Anguilla’s fantastic dining scene. Nearby is da’Vida Bayside Bar  Grill, while the popular beach bars and grills in Sandy Ground are a short drive away.  

Please note - For full-board stays, lunch or dinner is available at an additional $75 per person per meal. Restrictions: 5-night minimum on all stays. 7-night minimum over Easter/Passover. 5-night minimum over Thanksgiving  Presidents Week. 14-night minimum over Festive.
