With views over one of Anguilla’s finest beaches, and a location within driving distance to the restaurants and beach bars of Shoal Bay Village, this property combines its fantastic location with peerless privacy and island luxuries.  

The eclectic interiors feature a vintage Caribbean décor, with wooden accents, local artwork, and plenty of stunning views toward the horizon. Exposed beams in the ceiling add a rustic touch to the entire home, while woven textures and island details enhance the luxurious beach house vibe.  

Located a 5-minute drive from Shoal Bay Beach, Villa Waves is well located for a beach holiday. Nearby restaurants include Gwen’s Reggae Grill, Tropical Sunset Restaurant, and Hank’s Beach Restaurant, where beach lovers can drink in the views while sampling some fresh seafood.  

Living Spaces: A bright and airy great room is the heart of Villa Waves, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace, letting in the cooling island breeze. Beautiful and elegant, these spaces are a pleasure to spend time in. The living room features several wicker armchairs and a flat-screen TV, a great spot to relax. Bright and spacious, you’ll love settling in here with your morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or a movie night.    

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen has plenty of space to whip up some gourmet meals during your stay. The concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The dining table has seating for up to eight guests, with a skylight above letting in plenty of natural light. It’s a fantastic choice for elegant dinner parties with friends and families. Alfresco dining is also available on the outdoor terrace for those who enjoy pairing their meal with the warm island air.  

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Waves Villa, with a clean design and large windows that face the sea. Cozy island artworks and comfortable furnishings make them ideal places to unwind. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite with a rain shower and jet bath. An outdoor shower also offers another way to wash off the salt and sand before slipping into bed. The second and third bedrooms at Villa Waves both have queen-sized beds and generous ensuites. The third bedroom also has a small lounge area, another luxurious place to relax. Each bedroom also comes with a flat-screen TV.  

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside reveals the gorgeous private pool, a tempting spot to lounge all day. Sunbeds on either side let you bask in the warm island rays, working on your tan with a drink in hand. An outdoor lounge is magnificent for kicking back while gazing out at the horizon. Savoring the rosy gold sunset with a glass of champagne is a great way to spend the fading afternoon. Afterward, why not fire up the gas grill to fry up some fresh fish or succulent steaks? Within a few minutes, guests can be lounging on the picture-perfect Shoal Bay Beach. With pristine white sand, striking blue-green waters, and soaring blue skies, this remote two miles of beach feels like a secret discovery.

Villa Waves in Anguilla comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
