Important Travel Information for Mustique Vacations

You need to notify WIMCO when you will be arriving on island so you can be picked up by the property manager.

Driving on the Island

Small buggies known as "mules" can be hired to get around the island. Guests wishing to hire a mule must be over seventeen years of age and have a valid driving license. Drivers will need a current St. Vincent & the Grenadines driving permit, which is available prior to travel through Villa Services, or on arrival from Immigration at the airport at the cost of US$38.00 each.

Mustique trades in US dollars and Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$) which have an approximate value of EC$ 2.60 / US $1.00. Please ensure you travel with sufficient cash for your stay as there are no cash dispensers on the island and the Mustique Company office has a limited supply.

All properties are designed to accommodate a 220-240v system, with standard British plug sockets, so remember to get adapters for any US electronics.

Getting to Mustique

Mustique is easy to get to, just fly into Barbados or St Lucia and Air Adelphi (The Mustique Company's airline) has flights to Mustique Airport (MQS) that are scheduled to work with the flight schedule of major airlines. WIMCO's Air Department is here to help you plan your flights to and from the island.

What to Do

There are many fun things to do in Mustique and WIMCO's concierge team is here to help you make arrangements to ensure you have a great vacation.
