Between 2 large villas and 3 deluxe beach front cottages there are twenty-five magnificent suites and cottages await you and your guests – each perfectly positioned on one of three beachfront locations.

The Beach House is a striking combination of French Colonial and Balinese style design and provides a sophisticated retreat for 20 guests. The 10 suites with furniture designed by Oscar de la Renta and Richard Frinier are complete with ocean and garden views and marble ensuite bathrooms. An oversized Rotunda is ideal for a special dinner or impromptu cocktail party and the doors open onto a luxurious marble terrace and an opulent free-form pool. A state-of-the-art gym and billiards room is also available.

The Overhang House can accommodate 16 guests and has views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean and features sumptuous terraces, a fresh-water pool and direct beach access. Every suite offers splendid views and the hypnotic sounds of the ocean. The Overhang House features a world-class collection of contemporary art and sculptures, along with the modern luxurious décor and furnishings by famed designer Christopher Guy.  

Three 2-bedroom deluxe cottages can accommodate 12 guests, offering beachside settings providing a more intimate island experience. No expense has been spared and each cottage features a private outdoor Jacuzzi and a large outdoor terrace, located steps from the white sand beach.  

There's a full-sized floodlit tennis court, large free-form heated, fresh water swimming pool, with swim up bar. A fully-equipped air-conditioned fitness center with the latest in-weight lifting, Pilates, and cardiovascular equipment. The giant portable movie screen offers the opportunity to see the latest block-buster in a variety of outdoor locations or on the large home cinema projector screens in both the Beach House Rotunda and Overhang Residence Living Rooms. A Yamaha grand piano with automatic player system and a collection of titles graces the Beach House Rotunda.  A billiard table, poker, croquet and board games are also available from the Beach House Games Room as well as many other outdoor and beach games. A nautical themed tree house overlooking Turtle Beach is sure to bring out the child in everyone.

Exclusive rental includes sole use of the island, deluxe accommodation, 24 hr. maid, laundry and security service, private chefs and tailor-made menus, and a selection of wines and cocktails is included. A fine selection of wines and spirits is also offered, at extra charge. A full complement of water sports activities, business facilities, WIFI (in and around the main accommodation), jet skis, motorboats, private car, boat transfer to and from Grenada airport.  Various events and celebrations, such as birthdays, weddings, executive committee seminars can be arranged. On request for extra charge, firework displays, musical groups or DJ’s can also be arranged.
