North Beach Villa on Guana Island, (villa code: TOR NBV) is truly a hidden gem in a world all its own.

The 1-bedroom villa is the island’s only waterfront accommodation and the only house on North Beach. The ultra-private and romantic villa is surrounded by lush sea-grape trees, scenic terraces and stunning natural beauty. Just steps from the beach, spend the entire afternoon collecting sea-shells.

The charming villa is bathed in sunlight and consists of a well-stocked kitchen and bar, living room and bedroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed with direct access to the outdoor patio and private pool.

Meals are served at the beach club but arrangements can be made to dine at the North Beach Villa.

Unwind and recharge with unlimited use of tennis courts, small sailboats, kayaks, Hobie Wave, pedal boats, snorkeling gear, hiking trails, croquet, ping-pong, beach and fishing equipment, Internet service, beach BBQ, movie nights and more, just a short golf cart ride away. Massages are also available in the villa or better yet, by the beach.

The island offers four private villas and 18 Sea View Rooms for rent. Guana is also available as an all-island rental for groups up to 42 people. Guana Island has seven pristine beaches; the main one, White Bay Beach is the most glorious, a half-mile stretch of pure powder sand. The beach has a small bar where you can get drinks and snacks to take to your lounge chairs or beneath a giant shade tree where you can sway in hammocks. Guana's size and limited number of guests (32 max) means, if White Bay Beach has more than a handful of folks on it, it is deemed crowded!
