Welcome to Villa Agave Azul (villa code: WV ZUL), a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Vitet, St. Barts. This private villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, all within minutes of several beaches, shops, and restaurants.
Villa Agave Azul is a beautiful example of modern island living. A soothing palette of creams, whites, and rustic woods combine in the interior, with splashes of color and creativity in the tasteful décor. But the real highlight is the incredible island views, with panoramas of the Caribbean and gorgeous Grand Cul de Sac at every turn.
Located high in the hills of Vitet, Villa Agave Azul is an idyllic island home that celebrates the best of the St. Barts lifestyle. Within minutes, you could be wading into the sparkling Caribbean, or enjoying a gourmet meal on the waterfront. Private, elegant, and with a fabulous location, this is a great choice for a Caribbean getaway.
Living Spaces: The bright living spaces inside Villa Agave Azul feature an alluring open-plan design, creating the sense of being outside while lounging around in comfortable interior spaces.
A stylish great room is the center of the home, with a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room sits right next to the sliding glass doors, opening to the outdoor terrace and inviting in the cool breezes. The sofa makes for a great spot to sink in and unwind after a long day exploring St. Barts.
Kitchen and Dining Room: To the back of the great room is Villa Agave Azul’s kitchen. Fully equipped, this space has all the appliances you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. Our concierge also has a few tricks up their sleeves if you wish, from grocery deliveries to arranging a private chef for an evening.
There’s a charming indoor dining table, sitting next to sliding doors that open to a tranquil inner courtyard. An alfresco table sits outside on the covered terrace, an idyllic spot to take in the incredible views while you enjoy a gourmet meal.
Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms inside Villa Agave Azul, calm and soothing spaces for some downtime during your stay.
The master suite is next to the great room, with contemporary décor and a plush king-sized bed. Ascending upstairs brings you to two more bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a pair of twins.
The fourth bedroom is below the main house, with a private terrace enjoying breathtaking 180-degree ocean views. The room also has a small kitchenette. All four bedrooms enjoy spacious ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Outdoor Features: Stepping outside brings you to Villa Agave Azul’s oversized deck, enjoying some of the best views of the island. From here, the shimmering turquoise bay will coax you out to explore, with plenty of comfortable seating to kick back and take it all in.
There’s an outdoor seating area for cocktail hours and sunset views, while plush loungers provide comfortable spots for sunbathing between dips in the villa’s pool. There are stairs that lead down to a lower deck, offering a relaxing retreat with more loungers overlooking the ocean. More stairs ascend to the top of the villa, where there’s a small fitness room.
Amenities: Villa Agave Azul enjoys all the amenities you’d expect of a luxurious St. Barts stay. This home also has fast Wi-Fi, a grill, beach towels, an iPod docking station, and a U.S. satellite TV.
Please note: The stairs to access the house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets and smoking are not allowed.
