Villa Alpaka sits a short drive from the beautiful beach of Flamands, with the capital Gustavia in the other direction. With views of rolling green hills and the sparkling Caribbean Sea, this luxurious St. Barts villa is a gorgeous choice for a Caribbean getaway.

Living Spaces: Large open living spaces encourage quality time spent together with family and friends. The high-end furnishings are undeniably fashionable and self-assured, striking a fine balance between style and comfort. A great room sits at the heart of the villa, with a large living area, dining space, and kitchen.

The large open living room has two separate seating areas. One is oriented toward a stylish entertainment center, while the other enjoys comfortable sofas overlooking the outdoor terrace.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Separating Villa Alpaka’s kitchen from the large open space is an elegant wooden breakfast bar. A skylight above welcomes in the natural light, making this an inviting spot to enjoy a fresh coffee in the morning or evening aperitif while the foodie in your group whips up a gourmet meal.

There’s a formal dining table inside, effortlessly cool and a great setting to gather for an evening meal.

Bedrooms: With 4 spacious bedrooms spread across Villa Alpaka, this is a great choice for both a group of friends traveling together or a large family.

The master bedroom is situated next to the living room on the main level, while the second bedroom is on the lower level right below the master. Next to the second bedroom is the third room, while the fourth bedroom is also on this level accessed via a separate staircase.

Each bedroom enjoys a private terrace area and a large ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms can be arranged to have two full twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a U.S. king-sized bed.

Outdoor Features: Warm Caribbean days call for relaxing outside, and Villa Alpaka has all the space you’ll need. The villa-wide terrace features plenty of seating in both sun and shade, ideal spots for reading, quiet naps, or meeting for a sunset cocktail hour.

The outdoor dining room sits under the covered terrace, offering wonderful sea views. Another inviting spot is the infinity-edge swimming pool, refreshing and cool. All the while, the enticing views of St. Barts’ emerald-green hills and sparkling turquoise bays will coax you outside the villa to explore this paradise of an island.

Amenities: Villa Alpaka has a range of amenities to enhance your stay in St. Barts. This villa also comes with Smart TVs, a gas grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, a wine cooler, and high-speed Wi-Fi. During high season guests also receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and a complimentary breakfast of fresh baguettes and pastries.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
