Living Spaces: Villa Always features a classic Caribbean layout, with a great room at the center of the home. Here you’ll find the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, with the striking island décor as a backdrop.

The living room is comfortable and low-key, with a gorgeous sofa for putting your feet up after a day at the beach. The entertainment center provides guests with a flat-screen TV, ideal for those evenings you’d prefer to stay in with a movie. On both sides of the great room, there are captivating ocean views.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the room is the kitchen at Villa Always. The latest appliances make it easy to whip up meals, from easy-going daytime snacks to gourmet dinners. Our concierge can even step in with a grocery delivery or by arranging a private chef for an evening.

Between the kitchen and living room is the dining table, an elegant setting for a meal with family and friends. Outside underneath a gazebo is a second dining area, an idyllic spot with fantastic ocean views.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms at Villa Always are tranquil spaces to relax and unwind. Spread across the main house and a separate bungalow, they maintain privacy between guests.

The master suite is the bedroom in a separate bungalow, accessed via the outdoor terrace. Spacious and bright, it’s a luxurious place to recharge each evening. Enjoying a quick dip in the pool before wandering into the kitchen for a coffee is a wonderful way to start each day.

The other two bedrooms are in the main house, both with a beautiful, tropical vibe. All three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, European king-sized beds, and both U.S. and French satellite channels as well as Apple TV.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living areas are where Villa Always really shines. Spacious and bright, with a large garden and gorgeous natural features bordering the wooden terrace, it’s an ideal place to entertain guests or spend a leisurely day enjoying the island sun.

The heated swimming pool benefits from nearly all-day sun, while the large gazebo with an outdoor lounge offers some comfortable seating in the shade. There are loungers on the lawn for sunbathing, reading, or dozing while the island breezes wash over the entire terrace.

Stairs lead you up to one of the most unique features of Villa Always: a plateau terrace. A true eagle’s nest, there are more loungers and seating here, with unobstructed views over Gustavia and the ocean. As the afternoon fades, this is the best seat in the house to enjoy a drink while admiring the spectacular St. Barts sunsets.
