With a fantastic location nestled on the Pointe Milou peninsula, Villa Arawak is 5 minutes from Lorient Beach and 10 minutes from the town of St. Jean. Situated on the hillside above the Christopher Hotel, your gaze will constantly be drawn out to the shimmering Caribbean, the tranquil bays of St. Barts, and the offshore islands.

Living Spaces: Villa Arawak features an alluring open-plan design, drawing you from space to space. The entire home is filled with a magical island light and warm ocean breezes and a comforting decor that makes you feel right at home. 

The living room is a bright and open area, with sliding glass doors that open completely to the outdoor terrace. This blend of indoor and outdoor space is made all the better by the twin pair of sofas that can double as daybeds, ideal for lounging during the day or stargazing at night.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchen at Villa Arawak is at the back of the room, hidden away behind a wall. The space connects the living area with a patio out the back of the villa, bordered by flowering bougainvillea, and with a gas grill for cookouts.

Between the kitchen and living room is the dining area, with a contemporary table and chairs ideal for gathering with family and friends. Benefiting from constant breezes with the doors open, you’ll quickly feel yourself slipping into the elegant and laid-back lifestyle of St. Barts.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Arawak, calm spaces in white with ocean views.

The master bedroom is in a separate bungalow outside, offering a private terrace with seating for private moments taking in the views. Back inside the main house, two identical bedrooms on either side of the living area complete the villa.

All three bedrooms enjoy a plush European king-sized bed, his-and-her closet space, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Features: The clean design of Villa Arawak continues onto the outdoor terrace. The covered part is a shady refuge from the sun, with wooden slats above casting a hypnotic pattern across the outdoor lounge and pair of sunbeds.

Stretching the width of the terrace is the inviting infinity pool, tempting you in for a dip each day. Cool and refreshing, from the edge you can gaze uninterrupted out across the view, taking in everything from the emerald-green hills to the sparkling turquoise bays of Lorient and St. Jean.
