Welcome to Villa Axel Rocks (villa code: WV AXL), a glamorous 4-bedroom villa in Gustavia. Located on a cliff on the southwestern shore, this two-story villa enjoys panoramic sea views and tropical breezes.

Inside Axel Rocks Villa is spacious and bright, with high ceilings, cool stone floors, and opulent white furnishings. Contemporary décor and artwork give the entire home a creative, inspired feel, but it’s the sweeping ocean views that are the real highlight. From the interiors and outdoor terrace, you can enjoy views all the way to St. Kitts, Saba, and St. Eustatius.

Located in Gustavia, Villa Axel Rocks provides easy access to the boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife of the capital city. Shell Beach, located at the edge of town, is a short walk from Villa Axel Rocks

Living Spaces: The entrance to Axel Rocks Villa is on the upper level. A beautiful winding stair with glass steps brings you down to the main level, where the great room contains the living room, dining table, and kitchen. 

The air-conditioned living room features large cushioned sofas, and fantastic spots to collapse onto at the end of the day. Throwing open the doors reveals the infinity pool, with the ocean beyond. A wall-mounted TV is great for movie nights inside.

Even more entertainment options are next to the living room, with a modern pool table and the villa’s bar. Across the entire room, the villa’s Sonos sound system can quickly turn any evening into an island party. 

Kitchen and Dining Room: Foodies will love creating gourmet meals in the modern and spacious kitchen. Featuring the latest appliances, cooking here is a breeze. There are even two floor-to-ceiling wine coolers with ample room for storing the fine French wine found on St. Barts.

Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. For those evenings when a private chef is doing the cooking, two glass doors can close the space off from the rest of the house. Optional tinting on the doors puts the entire space out of sight and out of mind.

The bar counter is a great spot for your morning espresso or a casual bite of lunch. When it’s time for the entire group to come together over a meal, Villa Axel Rocks also has a remarkable dining table. Fashioned out of reclaimed driftwood, it’s an eye-catching spot for your dinner.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Axel Rocks, each with a European king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

One of the bedrooms is off the living area, with direct access to the terrace. The other three bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite, are on the upper level. Each of these bedrooms has a private terrace with loungers. The master suite terrace also has its own outdoor sofa, a good spot to enjoy the ocean views and a spot of stargazing after dark.

All the bedrooms also come with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, hooked up to an Apple TV unit as well as French and U.S. satellite channels.

Outdoor Features: The covered terrace outside is furnished with loungers and sunbeds, allowing you to relax in comfort in the open air. Facing towards the west, guests can enjoy the incredible Caribbean sunsets, famous the world over.

Steps away, the inviting infinity pool will no doubt tempt you in, complete with its own sunken swim-up bar. Sipping on a tropical cocktail in the midday sun before diving in the water is exactly what island vacations are all about.

If the open water is more your style, Shell Beach is just a short walk away. Otherwise, jump in the car and make the short drive over to St. Jean Beach, or further down the coast to Gouverneur Beach.
