This luxurious estate is all about elegance and relaxed island living, enjoying stunning sunset views over the Caribbean.
A masterclass in geometric design, the architecture at Villa Blanc Bleu will sweep you away. The open-plan design flows from the inside out, with accents of rustic wood contrasting with the color palette of white and blue. Classic island decor enhances the Caribbean vibe, while large windows and doors bathe the entire home in all-day sunshine.
Nestled in an upscale neighborhood above Gouverneur bay, the beach is just a few minutes away. Restaurants, shopping, and bars are also within easy driving distance, as Gustavia and St-Jean are both under a 10-minute drive.
Living Spaces: The open great room sets the tone for Villa Blanc Bleu, featuring the signature blue and white color scheme and stunning ocean views. There’s plenty of space to spread out, making this a great choice for families or a larger group of friends. In the great room is the living area,
Soft blue sofas in the living room invite you to sink in, enjoying the island breeze drifting through the open doors. Connected to the living room is a separate TV room, with a large soft sofa in front of a flat-screen TV.
Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa Blanc Bleu features everything you’ll need to create gourmet meals during your stay. Foodies will love experimenting with local flavors and ingredients here. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
On the covered terrace outside is an expansive dining table, which can seat up to 16 guests. Made from rustic wood and overlooking the pool, it’s an elegant setting for a festive dinner party.
Bedrooms: There’s a total of 6 bedrooms at Blanc Bleu Villa. There is an extra bedroom next to the kitchen that can also be made up with twin bunk beds, ideal for children or live-in staff members.
A beautifully crafted stairway leads up from the great room to the master suite on the second level. Spacious and airy, this room overlooks the pool and ocean beyond. There’s a lounge for relaxing, a desk with a computer, and a private terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa.
The other five bedrooms fan out on either side of the living room, each a quiet and private place to relax every evening. Four of these rooms come with a European king-sized bed, while the fifth has a pair of twin beds. All rooms have a private ensuite and a flat-screen TV.
Outdoor Features: Under the covered terrace outside is a comfortable outdoor lounge, a great spot to relax in the warm island air. Whether you’re diving into a good book or simply gazing out at the ocean, this is the best seat in the house. A large projector screen also lets you gather here for an open-air movie night.
Out on the terrace at Blanc Bleu, loungers, sunbeds, and parasols offer plenty of options for unwinding in either the sun or shade. They’re all scattered around the nearly 60-foot-long swimming pool, a refreshing spot to cool off during the day.
When the afternoon starts to fade, retreating to the large spa is encouraged, letting you watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Throw on some music over the outdoor speakers for a glamorous poolside party.
A narrow path leads to a small gym and an in-ground trampoline. Here you’ll also find a pickle ball tennis court, complete with an automatic ball server for those working on their topspin.
For days on the sand, Gouverneur Beach is a 3-minute drive. Within 10 minutes, you can also be lounging on the pristine shores of either St-Jean or Saline Beach.
