Welcome to Villa Cacao (villa code: WV CAO), a luxurious 4-bedroom villa nestled in the hills of Toiny, St. Barts. Peaceful, calm, and private, this stunning home enjoys panoramic views over the shimmering Caribbean within a 10-minute drive of shops and restaurants.
Inside Villa Cacao, it’s all about simple pleasures. Hues of soft white and gray throughout the home create an effortless elegance, ideal for relaxing. Plush furnishings and vaulted ceilings give way to the incredible views, with the cooling breezes washing through the entire home. This is the embodiment of a blissful and sophisticated St. Barts home.
To many, Toiny may seem far from the action of Gustavia and St. Jean, but they’re only 10 and 15 minutes away by car. The windward side of the island remains delightfully undeveloped, making it easy to immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the island and endless views of the sea and sky.
Living Spaces: Bright and airy living spaces inside make relaxing at Villa Cacao inevitable. Large windows and doors frame picturesque views, while the elegant and understated décor makes a stylish statement. The great room contains both the living room and kitchen and can be opened to benefit from the enticing ocean breeze.
The living room is serene, with a pair of plush, contemporary sofas inviting you to sink in and take in the views. Facing directly out the window, it feels as if you’re at the very edge of the island, the Caribbean sparkling right below.
Kitchen and Dining Room: There’s of course a modern kitchen at the back of the room, a charming place to prepare your meals. Our concierge can even organize a grocery delivery before you arrive or arrange a private chef for an evening or two of refined luxury.
Villa Cacao’s dining table is on the covered terrace, coaxing you outside at mealtimes to gather with friends and family and soak up the views.
Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms inside Villa Cacao, with soft white linens and splashes of color in the bedding. Heavenly beds will leave you feeling light and refreshed each morning, ready for another day in paradise.
Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, while the fourth is in an independent studio below the pool. This space has a kitchenette, creating a small private area for some guests.
Each bedroom enjoys a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with U.S. satellite channels and Apple TV as well.
Outdoor Features: Clean design and incredible views are the hallmarks of the outdoor living spaces at Villa Cacao. There are spacious areas in both sun and shade, offering plenty of spots to relax, sunbathe, and dine while enjoying the beautiful panoramas of the sea.
You could let your hair down with a day by the pool, jumping in when things get too warm and sunbathing, reading, and snoozing on the lounges between swims. All the while, the rugged and undeveloped part of St. Barts calls for adventures into the surrounding landscapes.
For days at the beach, it’s a 5-minute drive to both Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac. These quiet, local beaches are delightfully low-key, providing a tranquil spot to swim in the warm Caribbean.
