Welcome to Villa Cap au Vent (villa code: WV MOZ), a recently-renovated 4-bedroom home with all the modern conveniences expected of a luxury villa. Positioned at the tip of Pointe Milou on St. Barts, this property offers some of the most stunning views in the Caribbean.
From its clifftop location, guests can enjoy 270-degree views over the ocean and the islands Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, Île Bonhomme, and La Tortue in the foreground, and St. Martin and Anguilla in the distance. Whether it’s an early morning sunrise, migrating whales, or a rosy gold sunset, Villa Cap au Vent has the best seat in the house.
Within short driving distance you’ll find the golden sands of Lorient Beach or Marigot Beach, while restaurants and shopping in St. Jean are only 10 minutes away by car.
Living Spaces: Cool and contemporary interiors are dazzling in white, with chic Caribbean style and décor. Vaulted ceilings, clean lines, and accents of ocean colors all create a relaxing oceanfront ambiance.
The living room has a Smart TV connected to a home theater Sonos sound system, ideal for movie nights. The screened windows keep the room light and airy, while blue trim blends with the ocean views.
Kitchen and Dining Area: Villa Cap au Vent features a warm and inviting kitchen with everything you need to whip up gourmet meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.
The pass-through breakfast bar is an excellent spot for your morning coffee or a casual lunch. More formal meals can be enjoyed at the dining table on the covered terrace outside, with seating for up to 12 guests. This is an excellent setting for drinking and dining while the island sunsets send blazes of gold across the sky.
Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Cap au Vent, each with air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and luxurious Italian linens.
Three of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth has a pair of twin beds ideal for children. Screened windows let you forego the air-conditioning and let the natural ocean breezes lull you to sleep each evening.
Outdoor Features: Outside, a grand covered terrace offers a protected spot to enjoy the cool island winds. Overstuffed chairs next to the dining table invite you to sink in with a cool drink and soak up the ocean views.
Cap au Vent’s heated pool is steps away – relaxing in the water all day is easy. Reaching out towards the ocean, the infinity-edge makes you feel as if you’re floating above the waves. When it’s time to dry off, loungers line the water letting you bask in the Caribbean sun.
Venture beyond the colorful gardens that surround Villa Cap au Vent and you’ll find plenty of natural beauty on St. Barts. Along the coast to the southwest is Lorient Beach, a calm and sheltered strip of sand. To the southeast is Marigot Beach, a quiet bay backed by a soothing coconut grove. Both are only 5 minutes away by car.
Glamorous shops and restaurants in St. Jean are 10 minutes away by car, while the capital of Gustavia is 20 minutes away.
