Fully renovated and upgraded, Villa Coco is all about the sophisticated and glamorous life on St. Barts. Inside it’s soothing, calm, and luxurious, with creamy neutral colors combining with rustic touches of wood and a splash of nautical décor. The furnishings are contemporary and minimalist, drawing no attention away from the stunning views over the bay.
Within minutes you can be lazing on the soft sand at Lorient Beach, just a short distance downhill. Restaurants, bakeries, and grocers are also within easy driving distance, as are the beaches at St-Jean, Marigot, and Saline.
Living Spaces: The main room at Villa Coco was designed to enjoy the stunning views over Lorient Bay, with large windows on all sides. Here you’ll find the living room, dining table, and kitchen.
In the living room, a comfortable sectional sofa in front of the entertainment center is an inviting place to relax. The flat-screen TV has both U.S. and French satellite channels, as well as an Apple TV.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Foodies will love experimenting in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen at Coco Villa. A large, brushed stainless steel island means that cooking turns into a social affair, with space for everyone to sit and chat. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
When it’s time to dine, whisk your plates over to the dining table in the corner of the great room, with seating for up to 10 guests. Right next to the outdoor terrace, it’s a magnificent setting for festive meals with family and friends.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Coco, spread out across the villa to ensure privacy for guests. Each room has a European king-sized bed, views over the ocean, and an ensuite bathroom. Decorated in the classic Caribbean style, they’re exquisite places to relax and recharge at the end of a day exploring.
The first bedroom is off the main terrace, next to the living area. The second bedroom is below the first on the lower level, while the third bedroom is on the other side of the property in a separate unit. This room is larger than the others and enjoys gorgeous views over the ocean and rugged hills of Lorient Bay.
Outdoor Features: The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large, heated infinity pool, in the shape of a Nautilus shell. From the refreshing water, you can enjoy stunning ocean and sunset views.
Scattered around the terrace are ample options to relax in the sun or shade. An outdoor living room under a gazebo is ideal for entertaining, while sunseekers will love the loungers lining the water.
The lower-level terrace features more loungers overlooking the bay, and a cozy jacuzzi. There’s nowhere better to spend your evenings, than admiring the twinkling lights around the bay and in the yachts moored offshore.
From all the outdoor spaces at Coco Villa, the views are enchanting. Offshore are the islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, while in the distance you can even see Saint Martin and Anguilla.
When it’s time to venture outside, the stunning Lorient Beach is just a few minutes away. With soft sand and crystalline waters, this is one of the prettiest beaches in St. Barts. Also within easy distance are the beaches at St-Jean, Saline, and Marigot; each around 5 minutes by car.
