Welcome to Villa Coco Rock (villa code: WV CRK), a tranquil 6-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac, St. Barts. Within minutes of the beach, shops, and waterfront restaurants, locations don’t come much better than this for a laid-back and elegant Caribbean getaway.

Effortlessly cool and contemporary, Villa Coco Rock is a masterpiece of design inside and out. From the dining chairs to the ceiling fans above, the décor is refined, natural, and organic, complementing the stunning island beauty surrounding the villa. Wooden tones are integrated into the design as well, keeping the whole home feeling warm and welcoming.  

Nestled in the hills amongst a beautiful tropical garden, Villa Coco Rock enjoys a fabulous and secluded location in Petit Cul de Sac. The beautiful and quiet beach is minutes away, as are the waterfront restaurants at Grand Cul de Sac to the west. Shops are a 10-minute drive, while Gustavia is around 20 minutes by car.  

Living Spaces: Spread across the main building and several bedroom bungalows, the design of Villa Coco Rock coaxes you outside at every turn. Stairs from the parking area lead into the main living area, where wall-to-wall sliding doors open completely to the pool terrace to frame stunning views of the rolling green hills and sparkling turquoise sea.

There’s a cozy living room here, featuring a comfortable sectional sofa in front of a flat-screen TV with U.S. satellite channels. It’s a great spot to retreat to after dinner, relaxing with a movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The real centerpiece of Coco Rock’s living area is the open-plan kitchen, modern and well-equipped. The large island seats up to 12 guests, making it an idyllic spot to enjoy an aperitif and hors d’oeuvres before dinner. 

The graceful dining table sits next to the kitchen, a wonderful spot to spend an evening enjoying great food and even better company. You could also choose to dine outside, where a wooden slab table offers seating for 16 people under a covered terrace.

Bedrooms: The 6 tranquil bedrooms at Villa Coco Rock are spread across three separate bungalows.

The master bedroom is in its own bungalow, with a private terrace with ocean views. The ensuite bathroom also features a lovely outdoor shower.

On the other side of the parking area is the third unit with a terrace and two guest bedrooms, each with an outdoor shower. Above is the final unit, with three more bedrooms. This space also features a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen for when the late afternoon weather calls for island-style cookouts.

All the bedrooms enjoy a plush European king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV with U.S. satellite channels, and an ensuite.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces elegantly unfold from the main building, flowing toward the stunning swimming pool. It’s a tempting spot to spend a day, sunbathing on the loungers between lazy dips in the water to cool off. All the while, the views are sublime. The pool can also be heated for indulgent night-time swims.

Underneath a gazebo is an outdoor living area, offering a lovely spot for your whole group to gather, relax, and enjoy a sunset cocktail hour. A large corner couch is complemented by bamboo chairs, coaxing you into cool down in the shade with a good book or an afternoon nap.

Secluded and remote, you’ll feel as if you’re the only one on the island of St. Barts when spending time outside. Venturing down to the beach doesn’t do much to change that – Petit Cul de Sac is one of the most relaxed and uncrowded stretches of sand on the island. 

Amenities: Villa Coco Rock has all the modern amenities you need for a tranquil stay near the beach in St. Barts. This home also comes with Wi-Fi, a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, a gas grill, and private parking.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
