Living Spaces: As you enter the front door, you’re immediately delivered into Villa D’zir’s spacious great room. Wall-to-wall doors slide open to let in the ocean breeze, washing over the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The living room at D’zir Villa features plush, cushioned seating, ideal for unwinding. Whether you’re settling in with a book or enjoying a movie on the large flat-screen, this is the best place in the house to relax. A large wooden partition can either separate the living area from the kitchen next door.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Speaking of the kitchen, foodies will love creating gourmet meals here. Classic wooden cabinetry is sleek and chic, while those views will inspire you to experiment with French and Creole flavors. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

A breakfast bar is a great perch to enjoy a morning espresso or some fresh fruit. A large dining room table with seating for 10 guests is the ideal setting for more formal meals. Gathering here with friends and family over a gourmet dinner will be a highlight of any island vacation.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa D’Zir, spread out across the property to ensure the utmost privacy for guests. Each room has a plush king-sized bed, ocean views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. There’s even a hammock chair in each room, hanging from the ceiling.

The first bedroom is next to Villa D’Zir’s great room, while the other two bedrooms are accessed via a hallway on the other side of the home. TVs in each room also let you go to bed early to watch your favorite movie from under the covers.

Outdoor Features: A grand covered terrace provides a shady spot to enjoy the warm weather and cool island breezes. The lounge is magnificent for evening cocktail hours, watching the sunset cast rosy gold light across the islands Les Gros Islets, Le Pain de Sucre, and Les Petits Saints. In the distance, you can even glimpse St. Kitts.

Loungers line the deck at D’Zir Villa, ideal for basking in the island rays. The heated infinity pool stretches to the edge of the terrace; you could happily laze all day long in the refreshing water.

There’s plenty of beaches nearby as well. Flamands Beach to the north is a picture-perfect sweep of white sand and turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. To the south is the pretty Corossol Beach, filled with traditional boats moored at the harbor.
