Villa Dadaye, (villa code: WV DAD) is a 3-bedroom that sits high on the cliffs above the lively bay of Lorient.
Newly-built on the land where the owner’s father’s old house used to be, Villa Dadaye benefits from excellent views and nice breezes.
The villa is situated a short walk from the Oasis grocery store and the Choisy bakery, and of course the beach of Lorient. The villa is also at just a very short drive from St. Jean and Gustavia.
The outdoor space has several seating and lounging areas around the large pool, with gorgeous views of the island’s surf hotspot; Lorient.
The main room can be fully air-conditioned, and is comprised of a living room with a large leather sectional around the entertainment center, a dining with table that can seat up to 12 people, and the modern and fully-equipped kitchen with seating at its large island.
The first bedroom is situated off the living room, while the second is accessed from the outside. The third bedroom is on the lower level. All three bedrooms have a European king-sized bed, U.S. satellite and a smart TV with Netflix, as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Dadaye is an excellent villa for a family vacation, but will also suit couples vacationing together.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
