Awash with Caribbean charm, Villa Ecoute Les Vagues is all about luxury by the seaside. Inside, a graceful open plan creates an elegant flow, while exposed wooden beams in the ceiling add a rustic, beachy feel.

Steps away, Flamands Beach offers an easy way to enjoy the beauty of St. Barts. With golden sand and turquoise waters, we won’t blame you for lounging here all day. As an added bonus, restaurants at Cheval Blanc hotel and Baie des Anges are within walking distance. Otherwise, the capital of Gustavia, and the beaches and shops of St. Jean are all just a short drive away.

Living Spaces: The comfortable living room in Villa Ecoute Les Vagues opens onto the pool terrace, facing the ocean. From the plush sofa, you can drink in the fabulous views and enjoy the sea breeze blowing in off the water.

Vaulted ceilings above capture plenty of natural light. A TV also offers some indoor entertainment, whether you pop on the latest film or browse the satellite TV channels.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A breakfast bar separates the living room from the well-equipped kitchen. To make things easy, our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or even arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

The covered outdoor terrace is home to a dining table with seating for 6 guests, the ideal spot to enjoy meals in the open air around the pool. A second, smaller seating area is at the edge of the terrace, closer to the beach. With seating for 4 guests, it’s great for more casual meals by the sea.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Ecoute Les Vagues, with warm and creamy neutral colors and air-conditioning in each.

The spacious master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and its own spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom, both facing towards the ocean. One has a king, the other a queen.

Outdoor Features: Tropical vegetation and coconut trees surround Ecoute Les Vagues Villa, offering privacy from the surrounding homes. The spacious sun deck features the swimming pool lined with loungers, making this an ideal spot to enjoy some sunbathing. Relaxing is easy with the sound of the nearby ocean and swaying palm trees.

As the sun begins to set, firing up the gas grill back at the villa is a great way to enjoy the evening. Warm island sunsets are incredible, lighting up the coast around Flamands Bay and the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme.

When a nap on the beach calls, you are just steps from Flamands Beach. This luxurious sweep of golden sand is a fantastic spot for swimming and sunbathing. If you get hungry, there are a handful of restaurants within easy walking distance.

St Jean Beach is a few minutes away by car, while the rugged beauty of Colombier Beach is about a 25-minute hike from the trailhead.

This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.

Please note: A rental unit is located on the lower level, but guest’s privacy is assured thanks to a separate entrance.
