Located a short walk from the shores of Marigot Bay, Villa Eden House enjoys sublime views across the ocean. Also within easy driving distance are several more beaches, from Grand Cul de Sac to Lorient Bay, as well as the shops and restaurants of elegant St. Jean.

Living Spaces: Open and airy, the interior living spaces of Villa Eden House are tranquil and calm. A contemporary gray color scheme contrasts with a vibrant accent of color in each space, creating a home that’s at once stylish and welcoming. The central living room features a pair of large white sofas, coaxing you to sink in, relax, and enjoy some time with friends and family. Kitchen and Dining Room: Sharing the space with the living room is Villa Eden House’s gourmet kitchen. Here you’ll find top-of-the-line equipment, including two stainless-steel refrigerators and two Miele dishwashers. The striking red feature wall is a highlight, contrasted by the steel appliances.

Gourmet island dinners can be hosted inside Villa Eden House, at the Italian designer table. There’s a matching table on the shaded terrace outside as well, letting you dine while appreciating how the villa’s bold design melts into the surrounding landscapes.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms at Villa Eden House each enjoy a different color scheme: bougainvillea pink, turquoise, and banana-leaf green. The beautiful design continues here, with elegant lighting above illuminating the soft wooden bed frames and minimalist details.

One bedroom is located off the main living area, while the other two bedrooms are located above. All three come with an ensuite bathroom, with pebble-inlay showers with overhead stainless-steel showerheads, hand-held showers, and double vanities.

Outdoor Features: Graceful, private, and luxurious, the outdoor living areas at Villa Eden House let you immerse yourself in the stunning natural island beauty. From here, the azure shades of the Caribbean take center stage, backdropped by the verdant green hills of the other side of Marigot Bay.

There’s an outdoor lounge for relaxed days in the shade, and chaise lounges for sunbathing scattered around the large infinity pool. Programmable lighting makes it so you can enjoy an ever-changing light show at night, adding yet another high-end element to this villa.

Following a path from the villa leads through a lush garden to the property’s private coconut grove, where a sandy area with loungers provides easy access to the inviting Caribbean Sea.

Amenities: Villa Eden House comes with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxed and luxurious stay in St. Barts. This villa also has a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a stereo sound system, U.S. and French satellite channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 5 and older, but does not allow pets.
