Welcome to Villa Flamands Bay (villa code: WV FLA), a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Flamands, St. Barts. With a standout design and panoramic sea views, this island home is a charming spot for a laid-back Caribbean getaway.

The unique oval shape of Villa Flamands Bay makes this home unique amongst the vacation homes in St. Barts. Inside is sophisticated and comfortable, with a tropical aesthetic to the décor. Splashes of sea blue in the furnishings and accent walls throughout mirror the ocean outside, while elegant island details lend the villa a warm and homey atmosphere.

Villa Flamands Bay also enjoys a wonderful location overlooking the beach of Flamands. Within a 2-minute drive, you could be lounging on the silky sands or wading into the water, while restaurants and shops in Gustavia are around a 10-minute drive.  

Living Spaces: The open floor plan of the main living area blurs the line between the indoors and out, enhancing the endless sea views. Modern tropical details and natural materials throughout make these spaces ideal for relaxing, and shrugging off the rushes of modern life.

A great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. An ornate room divider creates a well-defined living room, where cozy blue sofas invite you to sink in and unwind. A large flat-screen TV also provides some entertainment, but just as tempting are the remarkable views to one side.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the room is the kitchen at Villa Flamands Bay. There’s a splash of blue on the feature wall here as well, continuing with the ocean theme of the home. High-end appliances make cooking a breeze, and our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery or a private chef for an evening.

The dining table is a wonderful setting for elegant island meals, and gathering with family and friends over some gourmet food. With uninterrupted views out over the bay, the backdrop is an idyllic accompaniment to any meal.

Bedrooms: A stairway next to the small indoor pond leads down to 2 bedrooms inside Villa Flamands Bay. Located at either end of the home, both rooms enjoy a European king-sized bed, a dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower.

Each bedroom also features an outdoor terrace set in a quarter circle, providing wonderful views over the ocean.

Outdoor Features: Back upstairs, the outdoor terrace is graceful and chic, a wonderful spot to let the island breeze wash over you during the sunny Caribbean days.

The small infinity pool stretches out to the middle of the living room and is flanked by two quarter-circles of terrace space, each with loungers for sunbathing, reading, or sipping a cool drink.

Venturing outside Villa Flamands Bay immediately delivers you into some of the most stunning landscapes in St. Barts. It’s a short drive down to Flamands Beach, a quiet and pristine stretch of sand. From here, you can also tackle the Colombier beach trail, leading you to the island’s most remote beach in the far northwest corner.

Since the property is located on a steep road, a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
