This property is within minutes of the elegant shopping and dining options in the capital Gustavia. Shell Beach and Gouverneur Beach are both just a short drive away.
Living Spaces: On the lower level of Villa Fleur de Cactus is a spacious great room, home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
A large white sofa in the living room offers a comfortable spot to relax with a good book or the latest film. Bathed in natural light, you can also enjoy the trade winds from here, listening as they rustle through the palm trees outside.
Kitchen and Dining Room: The living area opens to Villa Fleur de Cactus’ modern and well-equipped kitchen. With high-end appliances and plenty of space, cooking here is a breeze. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
A large kitchen island with leather stools is a nice perch for your morning espresso. When it’s time for an aperitif, the elegant bar next to the kitchen lets you shake up your own cocktail.
For glamorous dinners, the indoor dining table with seating for 10 guests is a fabulous setting. If alfresco dining is more your style, an outdoor dining table for six is ideal for more intimate dinners in the warm island air.
Bedrooms: There are 3 tranquil bedrooms at Fleur de Cactus Villa, quiet rooms that let you relax each evening. Stylish, contemporary, and comfortable, each comes with a king-sized bed and an ensuite.
One master suite is located on the main level off the living area. This airy room opens directly onto the pool terrace and even features its own comfortable seating area.
Ascending upstairs reveals the final two suites on either side of another comfortable living area. Both rooms have a private furnished balcony, and quiet spots for reading, enjoying a cool drink, or enjoying the views over the Caribbean.
Outdoor Features: The infinity pool will no doubt tempt you, offering stunning views over the tropical landscape. A swim-up bar means you could lounge in the water all day, colorful cocktail in hand.
When it’s time to dry off, poolside loungers let you bask in the island sun. The covered terrace also features a comfortable lounge area, the ideal spot to curl up and enjoy the views of the shimmering water in the distance.
As the afternoon starts to fade, a gazebo with a lounge at the edge of the terrace offers the best seat in the house as the evening descends. Facing to the west, Villa Fleur de Cactus enjoys some of the best sunset views on St. Barts.
If you’re looking to scrunch your toes in the soft sand and dive in crystalline waters, there are plenty of beaches nearby. The popular Shell Beach is just 5 minutes away by car, while Gouverneur Beach is a 5-minute drive to the south.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
