Embrace the island life at Villa Gearon (villa code: WV GEA), a beautiful 3-bedroom villa located high in Petite Saline, St. Barts. With spectacular panoramic views over the rolling hills and the Caribbean Sea, this villa makes you feel as if you’re on top of the island.
Villa Gearon embraces a West Indies style, arranged in several bungalows with a strong emphasis on outdoor living. As soon as you step inside, your gaze is immediately drawn across the terrace and infinity pool, with captivating views over the near-endless horizon. The interiors of the home enjoy a pleasing tropical aesthetic.
Situated high in the hills of the Petite Saline neighborhood, Villa Gearon is a 5-minute drive from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Gustavia is a 10-minute drive.
Living Spaces: As you step inside Villa Gearon, you’re immediately delivered onto the rustic outdoor terrace. On either side are the living room and kitchen, each in a separate bungalow with a vaulted ceiling above connecting the two.
To the left, there are two living rooms for relaxing and enjoying your time in St. Barts. There are plush white rattan sofas, splashes of color in throws and pillows, and those endless views of the Caribbean. The entire space can be kept open to the ocean breeze or closed off and air-conditioned.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Wandering across the walkway brings you to Villa Gearon’s kitchen, which can also be kept open or closed off. Dark wooden cabinetry continues with the heady tropical vibe, and with the ocean breeze washing through the space, you’ll surely be inspired to experiment with the local recipes.
Steps away, the large outdoor dining table can accommodate 10 guests, a wistful spot to enjoy a drink and a meal while watching the yachts sail along the sea below. As the sun starts to set, the colors in the sky are astonishing – you’ll be hard-pressed to tear your gaze away.
Bedrooms: There are 3 quiet bedrooms inside Villa Gearon, all of them separate from one another to provide privacy for guests. Cool, calm, and with the West Indies style, these are the ideal places to recharge at the end of each day. Local artworks hang on the walls, and splashes of color bring a unique character into each space.
There are two bedrooms on the main level, each continuing with the West Indies style. One enjoys a queen-sized bed, while the other has a king that can be converted into a pair of twins. Both have ensuite bathrooms and screens.
Descending a flight of stairs brings you to the third bedroom, which has a European king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, screens, and a small private terrace.
Outdoor Features: Blending superbly with the sea and sky, the graceful outdoor terrace enjoys some of the best views in St. Barts. There’s ample seating for relaxing, coaxing you to sit down with a drink and gaze out at the shimmering sea.
In the middle is the enticing infinity pool, which can be heated so you can continue swimming long after the sun goes down. There are loungers for sunbathing, and a gas grill as well. The views take in the bays of Lorient and St. Jean, the offshore islands, and on a clear day, Anguilla and St. Martin as well.
Amenities: Villa Gearon has all the amenities you need to unwind during your stay in St. Barts. This home also comes with beach chairs and an umbrella, U.S. satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor speakers, and air-conditioning.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
