Welcome to Villa Indian Song (villa code: WV IND), a fabulous 5-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac, St. Barts. Bright, open, and with gorgeous views of the shimmering turquoise waters, this island home is within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping.

Harmonious interiors at Villa Indian Song set the tone for your stay in St. Barts. Expect pastel and deep-colored fabrics, wooden accents, and a combination of terracotta tiles and natural stone in the architecture. The spirit of the home is effortless and contemporary, with luxurious indoor and outdoor spaces blending to create a welcoming place to call home.

With an enviable location in the remote corner above Petit Cul de Sac, Villa Indian Song lets you experience a quieter and more laid-back side of St. Barts. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, offering pristine, silky sands and striking turquoise waters. And when you do fancy going into town, it’s a 15-minute drive.

Living Spaces: The shared living spaces of Villa Indian Song are all open to the outdoor spaces, welcoming in the island breeze and dappled sunlight. Natural stone and wood create an earthy, tropical atmosphere, tempered by a range of high-end furnishings and a contemporary décor.

Spread over several bungalows, Villa Indian Song offers a classic indoor and outdoor living arrangement. On the main level, the central bungalow is home to a spacious living room, dining table, and kitchen, acting as the heart of the villa.

The living area features several seating areas, while across the terrace a separate media room features a high-end home theater system, with plush armchairs for watching movies.

Kitchen and Dining Room: In the kitchen, wooden cabinetry creates a cheerful, island atmosphere, ideal for trying your hand at local recipes. Our concierge is happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The indoor dining table is a great setting for a meal with family and friends. For those who prefer to dine alfresco, a second table sits on the covered terrace between the main bungalow and the media room. With wonderful views over the water, you’ll be able to pair any meal with a backdrop of shimmering ocean blues.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Villa Indian Song, spread across several separate bungalows to ensure privacy between guests.

A lower bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a queen. Both open onto a private terrace, with loungers and the villa’s Jacuzzi. Through the garden, a gate opens onto a path, leading you down to the beach.

The third bedroom sits above the entire property, offering wonderful views over the sea from its private sun terrace. This bedroom has a king-sized bed.

Just below, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are in yet another bungalow, one with a king-sized bed, the other with a pair of twins. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor areas at Villa Indian Song are wonderful and graceful, offering plenty of spots to relax in the sun or shade, together as a group or in solitude.

The gorgeous swimming pool is on the main level, with the infinity edge melting into the blue of the ocean below. Loungers for sunbathing line the water, and there’s a comfortable lounge area for cocktail hours after a long day at the beach.

A lower-level terrace has more loungers for relaxing, closest to the beach. On the upper level, yet another dining table makes for an idyllic setting to enjoy a sunset with a gourmet meal.

Tennis courts, exclusive to guests of Domaine du Levant, are within walking distance. Several chairs are available at Petit Cul de Sac beach, which is located within a few minutes walk from the villa.

Amenities: Villa Indian Song has all the amenities you’d expect. This St. Barts villa also has a Jacuzzi, a gazebo with an exercise area, fitness equipment, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and U.S. satellite TV.

During Thanksgiving, the villa rents at the 5-bedroom rate.
