Modern, clean, and chic, the interiors of Villa Iris are amongst the most stylish of any villa on St. Barts. The crisp white walls and creamy furnishings set off the striking black trim, creating a high-end and luxurious atmosphere. The villa stays in touch with its Caribbean roots as well, with tropical artwork in the bedrooms and incredible ocean views.
With a coveted location right above Grand Cul de Sac, Villa Iris is ideal for a laid-back island vacation within easy distance of all amenities. The beach is a 5-minute drive, while shops and restaurants are 10 minutes by car.
Living Spaces: Villa Iris enjoys a modern layout, with a central great room combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one. The graceful space also features large sliding doors that open to let in the ocean breeze and frame the enticing views of the Caribbean.
The spacious living area has an elegant sofa and a pair of armchairs, all facing the breathtaking view. It’s an ideal spot to sink in and relax, whether it’s with a morning coffee or for an afternoon nap. With the cooling island breeze washing through the doors, unwinding here is inevitable.
Villa Iris also has a well-equipped media room downstairs, for immersive movie nights and entertainment.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Behind the living room is Villa Iris’ kitchen. Keeping with the atmosphere, this space is modern and cool, featuring a range of high-end appliances for preparing meals.
At one end of the great room is the formal indoor dining table, set beneath a striking piece of artwork. You could also choose to enjoy your dinner on the outdoor terrace, with a second dining table underneath an umbrella featuring incredible views.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Iris, two on either side of the central living area to provide privacy for guests and one is downstairs on parking level. Each room comes with a plush king-sized bed, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged each morning for another day in paradise.
Bedrooms also come with ensuite bathrooms with a tub and shower, and large screen doors that slide open to the outdoor terrace and ocean views.
Outdoor Features: The graceful outdoor terrace at Villa Iris offers effortless relaxation. There’s a plush outdoor lounge for leisurely days relaxing, enjoying a good book, or kicking back with a drink to gaze out at the yachts sailing along the horizon.
The enticing infinity pool stretches to the edge of the terrace, offering uninterrupted vistas from the water. Lining the edge of the swimming pool are loungers and daybeds for sunbathing and relaxing. Several large umbrellas provide shade, offering respite from the heat of the island sun.
