Villa Isia is located a short distance uphill from the beach, shops, and restaurants of St. Jean. This enviable location is great for walking into town, while there’s plenty of incredible natural beauty in either direction by car. The capital Gustavia is a short 5-minute drive.

Living Spaces: The open-plan layout of Villa Isia invites the breeze and light to fill the home, creating a heady tropical island experience. Flowing gracefully from one room to the next, a large main room combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The living room is effortlessly styled, with an inviting chaise lounge and elegant coffee table made from a reclaimed tree branch. A wall-mounted TV provides some entertainment, while the outstanding views immerse you in the beauty of St. Barts.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa Isia has a breakfast bar and cabinetry in sea green, creating a laid-back and luxurious area to prepare meals. There’s an indoor dining table here for a breakfast of pastries and fresh coffee as well, with the open door beckoning you to the pool outside.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms in Villa Isia are as relaxing as the living spaces, located on either side of the living room and kitchen. Offering comfortable furnishings and peerless privacy, this is a home suited for both a family with children and two couples vacationing together.

The bedrooms are nearly equal in size, although the master suite is larger with a European king-sized bed. The second room has a plush queen. Both bedrooms come with his-and-her closets, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and incredible ocean views.

Outdoor Features: Those views come to the fore from the outdoor terrace at Villa Isia. From nearly every corner, the shimmering ocean and panoramic views over St. Jean are alluring.

The covered terrace area enjoys an outdoor lounge, a great spot for an evening cocktail hour after a long day at the beach. With the sliding doors open to the interior living space, it’s also a wonderful spot to entertain a large group of guests.

A wooden terrace surrounds the swimming pool, with an infinity-edge spilling out over into the lush palms below. From the edge, you can cast your gaze across the ocean below, the offshore islands, and the other villas dotted around the hills of St. Jean. Surrounding the water are loungers for sunbathing.
