The interiors of Villa Ixfalia feature an eclectic décor, with a strong African aesthetic. Expect driftwood headboards, natural wooden furnishings, and captivating bird nest light fixtures hanging from above. All the while, the views of the Caribbean below will capture your gaze, taking in the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme.

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Ixfalia comprises the main house and a bedroom bungalow, accessed from the outdoor terrace. Inside the main house is the large great room, with a large indoor living room and modern kitchen. Above, a canopy of captivating bird nest light fixtures makes you feel as if you’re in a rustic and luxurious African lodge.

This great room enjoys a fantastic décor, littered with souvenirs carted back from travels across the world. Rattan textures and wooden accents keep things relaxing and cool, letting you unwind on the plush sofas in style. Whether you’re enjoying a good book, some conversation, or a drink while gazing out at the Caribbean, this space is incredible.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A modern kitchen sits next to the living room, the domain of the included private chef. Well-versed in both international favorites and local recipes, you’ll eat well during your stay at Villa Ixfalia.

The dining table sits on the covered terrace, a natural and large wooden table with stylish rattan chairs. With immersive views like these, it’s the ideal place to gather with family and friends over a meal and some drinks each evening, discussing the day's events and admiring as twilight casts the soft blue glow across the landscape.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms inside Villa Ixfalia, continuing with the relaxing natural décor. The Zen vibe inside each of the bedrooms promises a wonderful and laid-back stay, letting you recharge in style and slip into the island pace of life.

The master bedroom occupies a separate bungalow, featuring a decadent queen-sized bed, ensuite with indoor and outdoor shower, and a private outdoor terrace.

Three other bedrooms are inside the main house, all with queen-sized beds. There are two with ocean views and one on the other side of the house with views over the lush garden. All three are also ensuite, with two featuring outdoor showers like the master bedroom.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor areas at Villa Ixfalia are ideal for both lounging around during the day and entertaining guests. Next to the main living space inside, a large covered terrace features a second living area, with even more luxuriously soft sofas. It’s the ideal spot to kick back with a drink, taking in the shimmering Caribbean Sea below.

An angled and heated infinity pool stretches out alongside the main house, an idyllic spot for a dip to cool off. There are loungers for sunbathing, reading, and afternoon naps, and several more seating areas in both sun and shade. The airy and beautiful spaces outside are ideal for spending time with your loved ones.

Located below the property is a sundeck and a separate bungalow, which houses a fitness room.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
