The interiors of Villa Kir Royal are cool and bright, with white walls and vaulted ceilings above. Dark wooden furnishings create a pleasant island atmosphere, while the décor offers a touch of Oriental accents. Open and flowing, the whole home is filled with natural light and tropical breezes, coaxing you into the relaxed pace of life on the island.

Located above the pond in St. Jean, Villa Kir Royal is a 2-minute drive from the beach, restaurants, and boutique shops. It also enjoys plenty of privacy, nestled in a quiet corner and surrounded by palm trees, with views over the verdant green towards the sparkling blues of the Caribbean Sea.

Living Spaces: You’ll immediately feel at home as soon as you step inside Villa Kir Royal. There’s a relaxed and homey atmosphere to this villa, distinguished by its comfortable furnishings and graceful island style. There’s a blissful sense of well-being and tranquility here offering some laidback living.

The living room is furnished with a pair of plush sofas facing a wall of glass sliding doors that open to reveal an outdoor living area on the covered terrace. Vaulted ceilings above capture plenty of natural light, while the elegant antique furnishings provide a sense of timelessness, ideal for spending your days relaxing inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The living room at Villa Kir Royal shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen. Charming and bright, you’ll easily be able to whip up delicious gourmet meals here. Our concierge even has a few tricks up its sleeve, from organizing a grocery delivery to arranging a visit from one of the island’s private chefs.

Between the kitchen and the living room is a small indoor dining table with bench-style seating. There’s also an interior courtyard with a second large dining table, complete with a gas grill for island-style cookouts.

Bedrooms: The 4 bedrooms inside Villa Kir Royal are just as serene as the rest of the home. Earthy accents of wood and rattan add a natural touch to each room. Spread across separate pavilions and the main house, the design is all about privacy between guests.

In the main house is the master bedroom, while two bedrooms are in a separate pavilion to one side of the pool. The fourth room is on the other side of the pool. All rooms enjoy plush king-sized beds, promising a peaceful night’s rest after long days lounging around the pool or exploring the island’s beaches.

Outdoor Features: Spending a day lounging in the outdoor living spaces of Villa Kir Royal is immensely rewarding. Beautiful stonework in the walls and a small yard with bougainvillea next to the deck help the entire space blend in superbly with its surroundings.

There’s an outdoor lounge and another dining table underneath the covered terrace, letting you eat and drink in the warm island air. The swimming pool is tempting, surrounded by loungers and palm trees for idyllic sunbathing sessions or settling in with a good book in the shade.

The views are gorgeous as well: from the rolling green hills to the red roofs of other villas, all the way to the Caribbean Sea in the distance.
