The interiors at Villa La Petite Sereine are indulgent and tranquil, with high-end Italian furnishings, a modern style, and incredible vistas over the coast and bays of St. Barts. Elevated by superb attention to detail, this is an idyllic choice of home for discerning Caribbean travelers.

Set on the coveted Pointe Milou, Villa La Petite Sereine enjoys some of the most incredible vistas on the island. Facing the west, you can take in the bays of Lorient and St. Jean, with sunsets casting an unforgettable haze of gold across the entire landscape. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all only a few minutes by car.

Living Spaces: Villa La Petite Sereine is spread over two levels, with the main floor enjoying a large and open-plan great room. A thoughtful design like recessed lighting and doors that can completely close or open to the outside elevate this space, making it a wonderful time to spend both relaxing days and blissful evenings.

There’s a spacious sectional sofa in the living room, with a marble table adding a touch of class. This is an inviting spot to sink in and unwind, enjoying the gorgeous views framed by the wall-to-wall sliding doors that reveal the outdoor covered terrace. From here, the sunsets are incredible.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa La Petite Sereine comes staffed with a private chef, the star of the high-end kitchen toward the back of the villa. The location sets it apart from the rest of the home, letting the chef prepare your meals without intruding on your evenings.

The dining table sits on the covered terrace, immersing you in the incredible views while you dine on a gourmet meal. It’s a great setting to linger over some good food, stay late with great wine, and enjoy the fading glow of sunset and the starry night sky slowly revealing itself.

Behind the home is an interior courtyard, complete with a gas grill, a second dining table, and plenty of space for entertaining.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms inside Villa La Petite Sereine, luxuriously outfitted with plush beds and high-quality linens. All bedrooms come with rain-head showers and flat-screen TVs that hide away in custom-made cabinets when not in use.

There are two bedrooms on the main level and three on the lower level. Each room enjoys a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and his and her vanities.

The lower-level bedrooms can connect, which is ideal for parents with young children or teenagers. These bedrooms also have separate access. Located off the living area is an office, which can also serve as a small bedroom for staff.

Outdoor Features: Gracefully combined with the indoor living area is the covered terrace, offering the dining table and another comfortable lounge. This is a tempting spot to lounge, drink in hand, gazing out at the crystalline waters of the Caribbean.

There are two pools at Villa La Petite Sereine, with a large lap pool on the lower level and a smaller one upstairs. Both are private and refreshing, with the upstairs pool featuring comfortable loungers for sunbathing and gazing out at the Caribbean. An elegant touch is the grand twin staircase, leading between the two outdoor spaces.

Amenities: Villa La Petite Sereine features all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. This St. Barts villa also comes with a Blu-ray player, a BOSE sound system, U.S. satellite, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked wet bar.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
