Minutes from shopping and restaurants, and with breathtaking views of the beach, tropical getaways don’t get much better than this.
The pleasing design of La Plage is all about classic Caribbean style. The interiors are relaxing and chic, with luxurious furnishings and an Oriental-inspired décor. Flowing from one space to another, the villa makes the most of its beachfront location. Everywhere you look, a framed view of the shimmering Caribbean brings the beauty of St. Barts inside.
Located at the eastern end of Lorient Beach, this is one of the most extraordinary beachfront villas in St. Barts. From outside, you can admire Lorient Bay and the offshore islands Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme. Restaurants and shops at St-Jean are just 5 minutes away by car.
Living Spaces: At the heart of Villa La Plage is its spacious great room, furnished with several inviting sofas. Sliding doors open on either side to the inner courtyard and the outdoor terrace, washing the space with the cool ocean breeze.
The large living room encourages you to unwind in style. Thoughtful touches like a Buddha statue or colorful prints add plenty of character to the room, but it’s those views that you’ll keep coming back to. From here, looking over the terrace reveals views of the water framed by palm trees – a true Caribbean dream.
Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at La Plage Villa offers the latest appliances to prepare gourmet meals. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
Whisking your plate outside reveals the outdoor dining table underneath the shaded terrace. From here, you can enjoy a meal with the sound of the nearby waves washing against the shore, and stunning views of the shimmering turquoise waters.
Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in the main house at Villa La Plage, scattered around the central courtyard. Each room has a plush king-sized bed, spacious ensuite, Apple TV, and a private furnished terrace. Hardwood details contrast with colors of beige, white, and grey, enhancing the contemporary island vibe.
The other two bedrooms are in an independent guest house with queen beds, a kitchen, and a comfy living room, perfect for staff or teenagers.
Outdoor Features: A central courtyard is a relaxing place to while away a day. There are tables and sun chairs, a wet bar, and a heated Jacuzzi that can accommodate 10 guests.
On the beach-facing side of La Plage Villa is another fantastic terrace area. Under the eaves of the home is an outdoor lounge area, a shady spot ideal for reading a book or settling in to admire the island sunset color of the sky.
The inviting swimming pool is a refreshing spot to cool off during the day. Lining the water are loungers, sun chairs, and parasols, offering plenty of options to relax underneath swaying palms. At night, the ambient lighting in the water will be sure to tempt you in for a late-night dip.
If the open ocean is calling, a sandy path delivers you onto the stunning Lorient Beach in seconds. The crystalline waters here are great for everything, from swimming and snorkeling to surfing when the swell is up. For further explorations of St. Barts, the beaches at St-Jean and Marigot are a 5-minute drive in either direction.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
