The interiors of Villa Lagon Bleu are stylish and contemporary, with a splendid blend of indoor and outdoor space. From every turn, the arresting views will capture your gaze, but let it linger on the inside of the home and you’ll discover the superb attention to detail, chic décor, and elegant furnishings. This is a truly luxurious and down-to-earth St. Barts villa.

As one of two villas perched on the hilltop above Petit Cul de Sac in the gated community of Domaine du Levant, Villa Lagon Bleu offers peerless privacy. The beach is a short walk down the hill, while shops and restaurants are within an easy drive.

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Lagon Bleu is spread across several different pavilions, each on a different level. It’s all connected by the beautiful outdoor terrace, offering an enticing mixture of airy outdoor spaces and low-key indoor spaces.

On the main level is a great room, with a kitchen, dining table, and spacious living area. A second living area, this one with plush sofas and a TV, sits on the upper level; both open to the terrace and views.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The large kitchen in the great room is a wonderful place to prepare meals during your stay. There’s a breakfast bar for your morning coffee, and out the back is an outdoor breakfast nook for a quiet start to your day.

Next to the kitchen is Villa Lagon Bleu’s large indoor dining table, surrounded by plenty of space to create an airy, minimalist feel. The ocean views from here are immersive, and as the light lingers long into the evening, makes for a fabulous backdrop to a meal. A covered terrace outside also houses an outdoor dining area for alfresco meals and cookouts.

Bedrooms: There’s a total of 6 bedrooms at Villa Lagon Bleu, making this an excellent choice for a family or large group of friends traveling together. Each room is contemporary in shades of black and white, with a minimalist style that makes them ideal spots to relax and recharge.

The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and doors to a private terrace.

On the lower level is a separate pavilion with two more bedrooms. Both have king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces.

Two other bedrooms are in the upper-level bedroom bungalow. These two rooms come with queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.

And one bedroom is located in a separate bungalow at the front of the villa next to the parking. This room is bit larger with a kitchenette, king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Features: The beautiful outdoor spaces at Villa Lagon Bleu are expansive, with plenty of room to entertain guests or find a quiet corner to yourself. Wrapping around the great room is a shaded terrace area, with seating for you to kick back and take in the view. A second shaded living area is to the right of the entrance, suited for relaxing as a group.

The main level has a large infinity pool, with incredible views over the ocean below. Refreshing and cool, you could easily spend a day here, slipping in and out of the water between sunbathing sessions on the loungers. A second, smaller swimming pool sits outside the two upper-level bedrooms.

Amenities: Villa Lagon Bleu has all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. This St. Barts villa also comes with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, beach accessories, two kayaks, and two paddleboards. 

During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness Sports Center and a complimentary breakfast of fresh baguettes and pastries.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
