Living Spaces: Villa Lagon Jaune is all about breezy days spent relaxing, with plenty of space to spread out and find your own corner to unwind. The central living space enjoys an exotic slant to the décor, with wicker light fixtures hanging from the roof and tribal statues.

The comfortable sofa in the center of the room faces out towards the terrace, making for an idyllic spot to kick back and enjoy the island breezes. The nearby sounds of the water reach the villa as well, offering a peaceful background track to chilled-out days spent inside and on the terrace.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Behind the living room is the kitchen, sitting underneath a mezzanine with a writing desk and futon. Preparing your own meals is easy here, with all the appliances you’ll need. The dining table is outside on the covered terrace, encouraging you to take in the spectacular island views with your meal. Gathering here with family and friends will be a highlight of any trip.

Bedrooms: There’s a total of 4 bedrooms inside Villa Lagon Jaune, generous spaces with a distinct island style. Wooden furnishings, crisp white linens, and plush mattresses make these great places to recharge each evening.

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, each featuring a king-sized bed that can be configured into a pair of twins. The rooms also come with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

The fourth room is located separate from the main house, featuring a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. This mini-suite is the ideal spot for teenagers or a live-in nanny.

Outdoor Features: Days spent outside at Villa Lagon Jaune make you feel as if you’re the only ones on the island. The views from the terrace take in Petit Cul de Sac, a quiet and relaxed corner of St. Barts. There’s plenty of seating in the sun and shade facing the ocean.

A beautiful swimming pool is a tempting spot to cool off, receiving sun for most of the day. The nearby beach at Petit Cul de Sac is also a fantastic swimming spot, where you can pack a picnic and spend the day on the sand.

Amenities: Villa Lagon Jaune enjoys a range of high-end amenities. This house also features beach chairs and equipment, two kayaks and two paddleboards (available upon request), high-speed internet, and U.S. and French satellite TV.

During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and a complimentary breakfast of fresh baguettes and pastries.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
