Welcome to Villa Lagon Jaune Estate (villa code: WV AJL), which comprises two villas, Lagon Jaune and Petit Lagon, to form a 6-bedroom villa. Secluded, quiet, and stylish, located in Petit Cul de Sac, these island homes are steps from the beach and a short drive from shops and restaurants.
The spacious and bright interiors of Villa Lagon Jaune are shady and cool, with doors opening on several sides to let in the ocean breeze. Wooden furnishings, an exotic island décor, and a minimalist style create a soothing, peaceful place to chill out in one of St. Barts’s most secluded corners.
Villa Lagon Jaune Estate is all about breezy days spent relaxing, with plenty of space to spread out and find your own corner to unwind. The central living space enjoys a comfortable sofa in the center of the room facing out towards the terrace, making for an idyllic spot to kick back and enjoy the island breezes. The sound of the water nearby reaches the villa as well, offering a peaceful background track to chilled-out days spent inside and on the terrace.
Behind the living room is the kitchen, a contemporary design with black marble workspaces, honey-colored cabinetry, and stunning views of the sea. The dining table is outside on the covered terrace, encouraging you to take in the spectacular island views with your meal. Villa Petite Lagon has a small galley-style kitchen.
There’s a total of 4 bedrooms inside Villa Lagon Jaune, generous spaces with a distinct island style. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, each featuring a king-sized bed that can be configured into a pair of twins, and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth room is located separate from the main house, featuring a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. This mini-suite is the ideal spot for teenagers or a live-in nanny.
Both of Villa Petit Lagon's bedrooms can be arranged with a king-size bed or 2 twin beds, and each have an ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace.
Days spent outside at Villa Lagon Jaune Estate make you feel as if you’re the only ones on the island. The views from the terrace take in Petit Cul de Sac, a quiet and relaxed corner of St. Barts. There’s plenty of seating in the sun and shade facing the ocean.
A beautiful pool is a tempting spot to cool off, receiving sun for most of the day. The nearby beach at Petit Cul de Sac is also a fantastic swimming spot, where you can pack a picnic and spend the day on the sand.
Guests receive access to Form Fitness sports center and breakfast pastries are delivered daily except Sunday.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
