The lovely layout of Villa Lagon Rose offers the classic mix of indoor and outdoor space, with stunning views of the turquoise water unfolding from around every corner. The interiors are high-end and chic, with designer furnishings and a stylish décor that makes it easy to spend a relaxing day inside.

Set on the hill above Petit Cul de Sac, Villa Lagon Rose is a part of the gated community of Domaine du Levant. The beach is a short walk away, while restaurants and shops are within an easy drive. Private, quiet, and peaceful, this is a true island paradise.

Living Spaces: Villa Lagon Rose features an engaging open-plan layout, with each space opening to the outdoor terrace. Spread across two levels and several different pavilions, there’s plenty of space to come together but also some quiet nooks for privacy.

The main great room combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Elegant and bright, there are vaulted ceilings above and earthy accents of wood that bring about a tranquil, island atmosphere. Soft sofas are inviting, whether you’re looking for a spot to dive into a good book or gather with friends and family.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living room is Villa Lagon Rose’s kitchen. Well-equipped with all the appliances you’ll need, cooking here is a breeze. For a night off, our concierge would be happy to arrange a private chef.

The indoor dining table shares the space with the living area, a wonderful setting for a formal meal. Just outside on the covered terrace is a second table, enjoying the open air and immersive views over the ocean below.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Villa Lagon Rose, quiet spaces to retreat and unwind after a long day exploring St. Barts. Each room has a king-sized bed (four of which can become a pair of twins) and a spacious ensuite bathroom.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, both opening to a private terrace with a view. The third bedroom is next to the pool, while the fourth bedroom is also nearby although on a lower level.

One level lower is the fifth bedroom, offering the most privacy out of all bedrooms thanks to its quiet location.

Outdoor Features: Tropical gardens adorn the grounds, providing privacy and a distinctive island atmosphere. It’s an ideal space for a leisurely and relaxed day, spent lounging around, soaking up the island rays, and gazing out at the water below.

There are loungers for sunbathing and of course a wonderful swimming pool for refreshing dips. An outdoor lounge is an ideal spot for sunset cocktails, with a gas grill nearby in case you’re feeling like firing up the barbecue for a cookout. A second outdoor dining table is another idyllic spot for an evening meal, paired with the beautiful island views.

Amenities: Villa Lagon Rose has all the amenities you’d expect of a luxury villa in the Caribbean. This St. Barts villa also has fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a stereo, and a French satellite TV.

During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness Sports Center and a complimentary breakfast of fresh baguettes and pastries.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
