Welcome to Villa Lao (villa code: WV LAO), a contemporary 3-bedroom villa in Corossol, St. Barts. Nestled high in the hills, this villa enjoys stunning sunset views within a 5-minute drive from the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
Chic island luxury awaits inside Villa Lao, a spacious home that immerses you in the St. Barts lifestyle. Space, natural light, and high-end design come together, with all the creature comforts as well: soft linens, plush mattresses, and luxurious furnishings. Woven textures and hardwood floors bring warmth into the villa – you’ll feel right at home here.
With a fabulous location in the hills of Corossol, Villa Lao in St. Barts enjoys splendid panoramic views toward the western horizon, with incredible sunsets each evening, a spectacle you won’t want to miss. It’s a 5-minute drive into the capital Gustavia and also Corossol Beach, an unspoiled and quiet stretch of sand.
Living Spaces: The memorable living spaces at Villa Lao are open and flowing, with a large great room opening on several sides to the outdoor terraces. Inside you’ll find the large living room, dining room, and a professional-level kitchen.
From the living room, the sofas face out towards the view, framed by the wall-to-wall sliding doors. Yachts bob up and down in the sparkling sea, with the headlands shrouded in lush trees. It’s an idyllic setting to kick back with a glass of champagne, toasting to your island vacation with family and friends.
For something cozier, Villa Lao also has a separate TV room for movie nights inside.
Kitchen and Dining Room: A breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen. Sleek and modern, this is an elegant and high-end space to prepare meals during your stay. Our concierge can even arrange to have groceries delivered before you arrive, including champagne, wine, and beer in the fridge. Private chefs are also available on the island.
The breakfast bar is an ideal spot for a morning coffee and some fresh eggs before staking out a spot on the terrace for a day of sunbathing. Behind the living room is the formal dining table, next to another wall-to-wall sliding door that opens to a small inner courtyard.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms inside Villa Lao, relaxed spaces where guests can unwind in privacy. Each bedroom has a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, making this a great choice for several couples traveling together.
All three bedrooms also have a plush king-sized bed, set in the middle of each room. There are TVs with U.S. and French satellite channels, Apple TV units, iPod docking stations, and spacious ensuites.
One bedroom is upstairs, with alluring ocean views through its windows. The second bedroom is behind the living room, while the third is on the lower level with a separate private entrance.
Outdoor Features: An extensive terrace with a large, heated infinity pool stretches out in front of the living room. This is the real highlight of a stay at Villa Lao; the immersive views of the island are incredible, taking in the beguiling coastline and the Caribbean Sea.
A cozy gazebo at the far end of the terrace provides a shaded sitting area for watching sunsets. Cocktail hours here are splendid, with the sinking sun casting hues of pink, red, and gold across the sky.
A small garden with a waterfall is located on the other side of the terrace. For days at the beach, it’s a short drive to the quiet and pristine Corossol Beach. This undeveloped area of St. Barts has retained its authentic feel, giving you a true taste of life in paradise.
Amenities: A stay at Villa Lao comes with all the high-end amenities you’d expect of a modern villa in St. Barts. This villa also comes with a gas grill, ceiling fans, a Sonos sound system, and WiFi. A fitness room lets you get in your workouts during your stay as well.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
