Villa Les Amis Du Vent (villa code: WV JAY) is a chic 3-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean, within minutes of several beaches and restaurants. This traditional Mediterranean-style villa features breathtaking views of the Caribbean and offshore islands.
Inside, elegant furnishings and natural light complement the dazzling white interiors. Arched windows and doors add a touch of Spanish charm, letting you admire the glittering Caribbean from the comfort of the indoor spaces.
Located in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Mont Jean, this private villa overlooks a protected marine sanctuary, and a cluster of islands and bays below. The beaches at Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac are both just a short drive away. St-Jean is a 10-minute drive, filled with amazing options for dining and shopping.
Living Spaces: A spectacular double staircase entrance leads you into Villa Les Amis Du Vent’s spacious great room. Furnished with comfortable chairs and antique décor, the whole room evokes the glamor of France’s Cote d'Azur.
In the center are off-white sofas and chairs, contrasted by olive-green cushions. Overlooking the outdoor terrace, it’s a fabulous spot to enjoy the ocean views and cool breeze. For more cozy nights inside, there’s a media room on the lower level that’s ideal for movie nights.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the great room on the main level is Les Amis Du Vent’s gourmet kitchen. Foodies will love experimenting with local island ingredients here. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
When it’s time to dine, an indoor dining table is available in the great room. The kitchen also opens to an outdoor dining table overlooking the pool and shimmering ocean, for romantic meals in the open air.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Les Amis Du Vent, spaced out around the property to ensure the utmost privacy for your stay. Each has a plush king-sized bed, ensuite, and opens to the cool ocean breeze.
To the right of the great room is the master bedroom, opening onto an enclosed garden and featuring stunning views of the ocean. This room has two ensuites, clad in marble, and each with an exotic outdoor shower.
The second bedroom is next door, which also opens to the enclosed garden and captivating ocean view. A loggia with tables and seating in the villa’s interior garden connects both bedrooms.
The third bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the garden and has its own private terrace area. For more space, a sofa bed in the TV room can sleep 1 extra guest (prior approval is required).
Outdoor Features: Outside at Les Amis Du Vent Villa is a grand covered terrace furnished with a table and comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying the gorgeous weather. Steps lead down through the lush garden towards the large solar-heated swimming pool, nestled amid 200-year-old trees and lined with comfortable loungers for sunbathing.
A sandy path leads from the pool towards the tip of the peninsula, letting you admire the rugged natural beauty of St. Barts. From everywhere, you can view the rugged coastline, incredible turquoise bays, and the islands of La Tortue, Île Frégate, and Île Toc Vers.
If you’re craving a day at the beach, the sand at Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac Bays are both just 5 minutes away by car.
Amenities: Thoughtful touches and attention to detail help elevate your stay at Villa Les Amis Du Vent. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a Sonos sound system, and U.S. satellite TV channels. The property also has a gym and an office space. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden, but not inside the property.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
