Villa Loukoko, (villa code: WV LOU) is a contemporary, 4-bedroom villa in Lurin, offering panoramic ocean views.
High in the hills of Lurin, and just a short drive from Gustavia, villa Loukoko is located in a small gated community.
It overlooks the St Jean area including the airport, the bay, and the ocean. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from nearly every corner of the villa, including the large terrace and its heated infinity pool. Its dominating position also allows for cooling breezes, but the villa can be fully air-conditioned.
The main room with the living room and fully-equipped kitchen has windows on both sides, as well as a skylight overhead, which brings in plenty of light. The space opens up onto the terrace with a covered area for lounging and dining, and there is an outdoor TV hidden on the floor, perfect to watch a movie or game outdoors.
One bedroom is directly accessed from the living room. The second room has access just outside the living room, and the third is behind the second. The lower bedroom is accessed near the entrance of the house. Each has a European king-sized bed, ample closet space, Smart TVs, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the lower level are both outdoor parking and a parking garage, which doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, a fuss ball, and a pool table.
Villa Loukoko is a great choice for couples vacationing together, but will also suit families.
