Newly-built, Villa Magnifica offers the latest modern living and a beautiful, updated design. Blending indoors with the outdoor spaces, expect clean lines, gorgeous natural woods, and charming tropical details like woven rugs underfoot and romantic lighting throughout.

With a coveted location at the far end of Vitet, Villa Magnifica also enjoys outstanding views over both Petit Cul de Sac and Toiny Beach. Both are only a few minutes by car, while shops and restaurants are around a 10-minute drive. The capital Gustavia is 20 minutes away.

Living Spaces: Plenty of floor-to-ceiling doors and large windows make the interior living spaces feel like they’re a part of the tropical landscape. Breezy and filled with natural light, the villa evokes feelings of island luxury; modern furnishings combine with a serene sense of style and pared-back décor.

The spacious and modern living room and kitchen enjoy wooden décor that contrasts with the white walls. A plush L-shaped sofa sits by the doors to the outdoor terrace, a prime position for putting your feet up with a drink and enjoying the cooling sea breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the back of the living area is Villa Magnifica’s kitchen, which is well equipped with ample seating. Sleek white cabinetry and the latest appliances make cooking here a breeze. Our concierge is also on hand to organize a grocery delivery for your stay, or for a special occasion, arrange a private chef for an evening.

There’s an island with stool seating, a good spot for fresh eggs and coffee in the mornings, or a cocktail hour in the evening. The dining table on the covered terrace outside offers a picturesque setting for meals together, with the sparkling Caribbean and rolling green hills as a backdrop.

The master bedroom is located off the living room and features modern décor, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors open wide to the outdoor terrace, welcoming in the breezes and wonderful views.

The second bedroom is on the lower level, a quiet and private space. This room has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Features: The split-level outdoor area at Villa Magnifica makes it easy to spend a day outside, soaking up the gorgeous weather. The covered terrace features more seating and a daybed, an ideal spot to chill out in the shade. This space opens to a side lawn, with a table for a quiet drink and aperitif in the warm evening air.

On the lower level of the outdoor space is the swimming pool, bathed in the island sun. There are chaise lounges for soaking up the island rays, dropping off for a nap, or sipping a cool drink while gazing out at the sea.
