Welcome to Villa Milonga (villa code: WV MLA), a blissful 4-bedroom villa located in Marigot, St. Barts. This hillside villa offers panoramic views of the bay and is a few minutes' drive from two of the island’s most pristine beaches.

A recent renovation at Villa Milonga has left it feeling refreshed and new, with dazzling all-white interiors creating a sense of peace and serenity inside. The design and details are stunning, and there’s an airy and minimalist feel to the style that enhances the brilliant views over the Caribbean Sea.

Nestled in the hills above Marigot Bay, Villa Milonga enjoys a fantastic location in St Barts. Both Marigot Bay and Lorient Beach are within easy driving distance, while the shops and restaurants of St. Jean are 10 minutes by car. 

Living Spaces: The spacious living areas inside Villa Milonga are relaxing and serene. The all-white minimalist décor is broken up with tropical touches – a light touch of wood here, a palm pattern there – creating a stripped-back feel to the home. Recessed lighting in the vaulted ceilings above also adds a touch of refinement to the style.

The large open living room and dining space overlook the pool and the views, offering beautifully soft white sofas for relaxing. A TV comes with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, although those immersive views of the Caribbean are equally as enticing.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A large, modern kitchen inside Villa Milonga is open and bright, with an effortless style and a range of high-end appliances. Cooking here is a real pleasure – our concierge can even organize a grocery delivery of the island’s freshest ingredients. 

There’s some bar-style seating at the kitchen island for your morning coffee or an evening aperitif before dinner. The kitchen also opens to the indoor dining area, where the hues of blue in the sea backdrop meals.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms inside Villa Milonga, where the all-white interiors are broken up with rattan textures in the furnishings and soft, sandy-colored linens.

The master bedroom is located off the living room and has extra seating, a TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

In a separate bungalow next to the pool are two additional bedrooms that connect. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, a TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other room has a king bed or 2 twin beds, an Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has a little private terrace, a king-sized bed, an Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Features: The expansive and peaceful living areas extend to the outdoor spaces at Villa Milonga, where you’ll breathe in the beautiful island air. The views are outstanding, and there’s plenty of seating for kicking back and taking it all in, drink in hand.

There’s an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace, ideal for alfresco meals. And for indulgent evenings under the starry skies, a newly added Jacuzzi.

Steps lead down to the swimming pool, where you could spend a day alternating between refreshing dips in the water and sunbathing sessions on the loungers. It’s all facing out over the turquoise hues of Marigot Bay, a peaceful and remote area of St. Barts.

Amenities: Villa Milonga features all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxed stay in the Caribbean. This St. Barts villa also comes with air-conditioning, a Blu-ray player, a gas grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
