Welcome to Villa Mirande (villa code: WV AUS), a beautiful 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. This island home enjoys exquisite sunset views from the terrace and living space, overlooking the shimmering ocean and offshore islands.

There’s a graceful elegance to the interiors at Villa Mirande, with clean white hues, airy ceilings, and a pared-back décor. It’s a place for slipping into the island pace of life, enjoying quality time with family and friends, and gazing out at the stunning natural beauty of St. Barts.

The location of Villa Mirande is also one of the best when it comes to elegant island getaways. Nestled in the hills of Pointe Milou, the home enjoys sweeping views over Lorient Bay and the offshore islands. The beach is only a short drive away, as are plenty of fabulous shops and restaurants to complete your stay.

Living Spaces: In classic Caribbean fashion, Villa Mirande enjoys a lovely open-plan design. Flowing from space to space, large windows and doors beckon you outside, framing those wonderful views. The main great room combines the living area, dining room, and kitchen.

In the living area, there’s plenty of comfortable seating for you to kick back and relax. Doors fold open to the outdoor terrace to let in the cooling breeze, and there’s a large TV for those nights you’d prefer to stay in with a movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the back of the great room is Villa Mirande’s kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and an extra refrigerator. Black, granite countertops contrast with the white lacquered cabinets, giving the space a very modern feel.

Tucked between the living area and kitchen is the large, glass dining table, an ideal setting for delicious Caribbean meals. Outside, a second dining table sits on the terrace, complete with a grill for frying up freshly caught seafood as the sunset unfolds across the horizon.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Mirande, with two on the main level and two below.

On either side of the living room are two master bedrooms, equal in size and each with a plush queen-sized bed. These two rooms also come with spacious ensuite bathrooms and terrific ocean views.

Downstairs are the third and fourth bedrooms. Both are furnished with a pair of twins, although they can be configured to have kings instead. These rooms also feature ensuite bathrooms.

Outdoor Features: Coaxing you outside at every turn, the wonderful outdoor terrace is a highlight at Villa Mirande.

In the center is the swimming pool, stretching toward the edge of the terrace where the infinity-edge spills over the side. You could laze away on the loungers, ideal spots for sunbathing, reading books, or getting some work done by the water.

To the side of the home, the terrace continues, with a gorgeous outdoor living area. It’s here where you can entertain guests, hosting cocktail hours at sunset before grilling up a Caribbean feast on the barbecue.

And for days on the sand, Villa Mirande is only a short drive away from Lorient Beach. This pristine sweep of golden sand is one of the prettiest in the Caribbean, offering plenty of opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and even some watersports.

Amenities: Villa Mirande enjoys a range of high-end amenities to help make your stay as relaxing as possible. This St. Barts villa also comes with fast Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, a sound system, air-conditioning, and U.S. and French satellite channels.

 During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
