Villa Nocean is airy and cool, with just the right amount of St. Barts elegance. The focal point is the outdoor area with splendid views over the Caribbean, while the inside is quiet and laid-back, with a carefree spirit that helps you unwind. It’s all done up in the classic Caribbean style, with white walls, touches of wood in the furnishings, and airy, vaulted ceilings.

With a privileged location inside the gated community of Mont Jean, Villa Nocean is private, chic, and ideal for a laid-back St. Barts getaway. The beaches at Marigot and Lorient are both a short drive away, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to St. Jean.

Villa WV NOC was designed for outdoor living. The focal point is a large infinity swimming pool, which divides the outdoor living area into separate sections. Located on the far side is a semi-open pavilion, which serves as a dining area. Sliding glass doors partially protect this area from wind or rain.

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Nocean embraces the island location, with a series of separate pavilions scattered around the outdoor terrace. The central one is home to the main living space, with an indoor sitting area and kitchen. Wherever you are in the home, you can throw open the large glass doors to create a blend of indoor and outdoor space.

It’s those glass sliding doors that can close to protect the cozy living room from the elements. Soft sofas are in front of a flat-screen TV, the ideal spot for relaxing after a day lounging by the pool or exploring the northern coast of the island.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa Nocean has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A unique pass-through window also makes it ideal for entertaining, letting you whisk your plates across the deck to the dining pavilion.

The dining table here is an idyllic spot for meals, offering island breezes and views of the Caribbean while you enjoy some great food. There’s another table located around the side of the home as well.  

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms at Villa Nocean, both inside a separate pavilion connected by the outdoor terrace.

The first bedroom is located just off the living room. This bedroom offers ocean views, a separate hallway bathroom, and twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed.

The second bedroom is slightly larger, acting as the master suite. Here you’ll find a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and partial views of the ocean. A small private terrace out the front of the room also lets guests relax in privacy.

Outdoor Features: Following the shaded terrace takes you to the edge of the deck, where an outdoor living room offers an incredible spot to relax. The captivating views take center stage here, making this a tempting spot to enjoy a drink at sunset, gazing out at the rosy gold light falling across the island.

The gorgeous wooden terrace surrounds the villa’s infinity pool, gently following the curve of the terrace to take in the views. There are loungers for sunbathing, drifting off to sleep, or reading a book as the gentle breeze washes over the space.

Amenities: No detail is overlooked inside Villa Nocean; it has a range of amenities to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. This luxurious St. Barts villa also comes with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, U.S. and French satellite TV, and optional heating for the swimming pool.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
