Living Spaces: Built in the 1960s, Villa Nureyev has been completely updated whilst still retaining its historic charms. The rich and elegant interiors use plenty of dark wood in the ceilings, floors, and furnishings, making it feel as if you’re inside the hull of a luxurious ship. There’s ocean decor and a suite of high-end furnishings that provide comfort and style.

A spacious living room features white sofas that bring some vibrant life into the space, ideal places to relax and forget the rushes of modern life. A grand piano is a striking decoration in this space, as is the chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

Another sitting area enjoys plenty of natural light, flowing in through the large glass windows. A TV sits on the wall of bookshelves, providing some indoor entertainment for those evenings you’d prefer to stay in and kick back with a movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: There’s a kitchen inside Villa Nureyev, with the latest amenities to make cooking a breeze. The hotel is also home to a fantastic restaurant, and the beach club which is minutes away serves up delicious island meals.

The indoor dining table is made from solid wood, a gorgeous setting for elegant island meals in the villa. Otherwise, the nearby hotel restaurants are a tempting prospect, offering world-class dining in a picturesque island setting. 

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms inside Villa Nureyev, each a charming and quiet space to unwind and recharge.

On the main floor of the villa, there are two master suites, both with lavish king-sized beds that promise a wonderful night’s sleep. The third room is a private suite, complete with a private terrace and kitchen area.

The fourth bedroom is inside the guest cottage, with an independent bathroom and enticing views of the swimming pool.

Outdoor Features: With a spectacular setting over the Caribbean Sea, the exterior deck offers 180 degrees of unobstructed views over the ocean. Showcasing over 3000 sq. feet of outside space, the terrace includes a private pool, Jacuzzi, and steam bath, as well as several areas to enjoy total privacy and seclusion.

This is the largest floating deck on the island, and again, the atmosphere feels like you’re on a ship, ready to strike out into the ocean. Nureyev achieved his dream of dancing above the water, with the terrace almost entirely surrounded by the water.

The swimming pool is tempting, as are the loungers for sunbathing that line the water. For days at the beach, Villa Nureyev is a few minutes from Hotel Le Toiny Beach Club.
