The villa enjoys fantastic views of Eden Rock Hotel on St. Jean Beach.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Cooking inside Villa Pajoma is a pleasure thanks to the modern kitchen overlooking the pool area. Our concierge is also on hand to organize grocery deliveries, and restaurant reservations, or even arrange a private chef for special occasions.

Gathering for a meal at the large glass dining table with rattan chairs inside is a great way to spend time with family and friends. There’s also an outdoor table on the covered terrace, an alfresco setting putting you in the midst of the beautiful gardens that surround the villa.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms in Villa Pajoma, quiet and serene places to recharge each evening. Each room is identical, with a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with white tiles and raw, marble floors.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, both with sliding doors that open to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. Stairs descend to a lower level with the third bedroom, which enjoys two private terraces and views of the beach.

Outdoor Features: Mature tropical gardens and palm trees surround the property, providing privacy for relaxing days spent lounging around outside. A covered terrace provides a shady and cool spot to unwind, with an outdoor living area for kicking back with a book, indulging in an afternoon nap, or hosting an evening cocktail hour.

Steps away, the wooden terrace surrounds the large swimming pool, an inviting spot for a cool dip. Loungers surround the water, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing while being cooled by the island breezes.

During the week of the Bucket Regatta, the villa is only available at the 3-bedroom rate. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
