Welcome to Villa Phare (villa code: WV LAM), a dreamy 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia, St. Barts. Enjoying extraordinary views of the harbor as well as spectacular sunsets, this island home pairs the convenience of the capital with all the luxury of a private villa.

Designed by architect Pierre Monsaingeon, Villa Phare is composed of warm, wooden textures, natural stones, green plants, and a suite of contemporary neutral colors. It’s a home that’s at once luxurious and elegant yet also welcoming and tranquil, a decadent hideaway in the hills with gorgeous views over the town.

With all the shops and restaurants of Gustavia within easy walking distance, Villa Phare is also a fantastic choice for those island travelers who love the convenience of the capital. Shell Beach is a few minutes away by car, while the views over the harbor below are terrific at any time of the day.

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Phare takes full advantage of those spectacular views, with every room in the home opening to the outdoor terrace (except the gym and cozy media room). In true Caribbean fashion, the center of the home is made up of an airy great room, combining the living area, dining table, and kitchen.

In the living area, chic sofas are ideal for relaxing, with a range of furnishings inspired by the French designer Christian Liaigre. The space opens to the covered terrace and views, blurring the line between indoors and out and immersing you in the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The open-plan living room leads to Villa Phare’s kitchen, with everything you need for your stay. The high-end appliances make cooking a breeze, and there’s a large selection of elegant china and glassware. Our concierge is also happy to arrange in-house wine tastings or even a private chef.

The dining table is outside the living room, enjoying a shady spot on the covered terrace. From here the views are incredible, letting you pair pre-dinner drinks and a gourmet meal with sunset views over Gustavia below. It’s an unforgettable setting.

Bedrooms: Spread out on either side of the central great room are the 3 bedrooms at Villa Phare. They’re all similar in size, each with a plush king-sized bed and luxury linens that promise a wonderful night’s sleep after a day of exploring, wandering through Gustavia, or lounging by the pool.

Each bedroom also features air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a private safe. The TV room can turn into a fourth bedroom upon request, with a sleeper sofa available.

Outdoor Features: Extensive plantings and splendid gardens adorn the grounds of Villa Phare. The wooden terrace outside is a wonderful spot to enjoy a day in the sun or shade, with several seating areas. Loungers let you sunbathe to your heart’s content, or you could sit up at the kitchen bar with a cool drink.

The infinity pool is stunning, the gentle curve of its edge melting into the harbor below. It’s a tempting spot to spend your time, watching as the luxury yachts sail in and out of the harbor below, glinting in the afternoon sun. A set of stairs, built into the hillside, leads to the road, where it's just a five-minute walk to town.

Amenities: Villa Phare is a luxurious St. Barts villa with all the amenities you’ll need. This island home also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a computer, fitness equipment, a gas grill, and U.S. satellite TV. Please note that this villa is not available during the off-season.
