It has three queen ensuite bedrooms and a twin bedroom with an ensuite bath, making this villa perfect for three couples or a family with children. In addition to the access internally, the twin bedroom has a separate entrance from a second parking area.
The main level encompasses the kitchen and air-conditioned living room, dining area, and outdoor living space. The ensuite master bedroom with an ocean view is also on this level. The swimming pool, two other bedrooms, the twin bedroom, and an air-conditioned office are located on the lower level.
The pool is delightful, and the deck provides guests with both sun and shade. A rear deck with a BBQ provides an additional outdoor dining space. Villa Phebus is within walking distance to St. Jean Beach, boutiques, restaurants, and Nikki Beach, but please know that it's a steep walk.
