Just a short drive away are the stunning beaches at Lorient and Marigot Bay. The glamorous town of St. Jean, home to high-end dining and shopping options, is a 10-minute drive. As an added bonus, the pool club, spa, and restaurant at the Christopher Hotel are within walking distance

Living Spaces: The main living space features a beautiful and thoughtful design, home to the living room and dining table. Island antiques, colorful pictures, and vibrant accents all combine to create a peaceful, beachy atmosphere. The entire space opens to the outdoor terrace, letting you enjoy spectacular island sunsets.

The living room features a large, soft sofa, overlooking the pool outside. It’s an ideal setting for a morning coffee, a slow day delving into a good book, or an evening cocktail. You could also spend your time simply admiring the undulating hills and coastline of St. Barts.

Kitchen and Dining Area: Off the main great room is Villa Phoenix’s galley-style kitchen. Fully-equipped, creating gourmet meals here is easy. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

The elegant dining table in the great room is an excellent setting for hosting dinners, with space for up to 6 guests. It’s also a good spot for a late-night card game and nightcap before retreating to bed.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms at Villa Phoenix are located on either side of the great room, a layout that ensures quiet and privacy. With creamy neutrals, wooden furnishings, and flat-screen TVs, relaxing and recharging is easy.

Each room has a Euro King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and incredible views over the hills towards the sea.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor deck at Phoenix Villa is accessed from the great room. The inviting infinity pool is fantastic for refreshing dips, letting you cool off in the heat of the day.

Sunseekers will love staking out a spot on the loungers lining the pool, letting you bask in the island sun. Parasols can provide shade if things get too warm.

As the sun goes down, the villa’s gas grill provides a great spot for island-style cookouts. Grilling up some fresh fish as the rosy sunset sends hues of gold across the sea and sky is exactly what life in the Caribbean is all about.

If you’re craving a day in the sand, the beautiful beach at Lorient Bay is 5-minutes away by car. Protected by a coral reef, it’s a calm place for swimming and also offers some of the best snorkeling on St. Barts. It’s also a nice spot for a picnic lunch by the sea. For something more secluded, Marigot Beach is just 5-minutes to the southeast of Villa Phoenix.
