This stylish waterfront property has a private oceanfront terrace and is only a short walk from the beach.

Inside, the open-plan villa is minimalist and chic. White walls contrast with blue tiles on the floor, and graceful island décor completes the beach-house feel, with ocean ornaments, woven textures, and seaside prints adorning the walls. The front yard features a multi-level terrace that surrounds the pool, and a row of mature palm trees lining the lawn that stretches toward the water.

Living Spaces: As you step inside Villa Sea Breeze, you’re immediately delivered into the airy and gorgeous great room. Home to the living room, kitchen, and dining room, large sliding doors open to the outdoor terrace, bringing the outdoors in. Natural light illuminates the space, filtering through the palm trees in the garden outside.

The living room is comfortable and quiet, an ideal spot to settle in with your morning coffee or a cool afternoon drink. Blue sofas match the blue tiles below, while a wall-mounted TV lets you relax in the evenings with the latest movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals at Sea Breeze Villa. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service.

A pair of stools sit at the kitchen island, a great spot for your morning espresso or for watching as the chef in your group whips up a feast. When it’s time to dine, the indoor dining table has space for up to 4 guests.

If you’re hosting friends over for a meal, the outdoor dining table on the terrace has seating for 6 guests. Overlooking the pool towards the bay, it’s a romantic and alluring open-air spot for an island meal.

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms at Villa Sea Breeze, located on either side of the living room to ensure privacy between guests.

Both bedrooms feature a plush king-sized bed, promising a fabulous night’s rest. They also have air-conditioning, vaulted ceilings, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and French doors that open onto the outdoor terrace.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor terrace at Sea Breeze Villa is a fantastic place to lounge your day away in the warm weather. The covered part of the terrace has a comfortable outdoor lounge, overlooking the garden of swaying palms and the ocean beyond. For island sunsets, there’s nowhere better.

The swimming pool is surrounded by the deck, with loungers underneath parasols for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. The lawn leads to the private man-made beach area that sits above the water's edge, where the gentle waves of Lorient Bay laps at the shore. A few more loungers here let you soak up those stunning views in style.

As night falls, a jacuzzi back at the terrace is an enticing spot to pop a bottle of champagne and toast to your island vacation.

If the beach is calling, it’s as easy as walking 3-minutes to the stairs down to the sand. Also within easy driving distance are the beaches at St, Jean and Marigot Bay, both 5 minutes by car. The restaurants and shops of Gustavia are less than 10 minutes away.
