Welcome to Villa Ti Chato (villa code: WV ATO), a modern 2-bedroom villa in Toiny, St. Barts. Creole for ‘Little Castle’, this villa is clad in simple Caribbean charms, offering majestic views over Toiny Bay, and is within walking distance of the beach, and the popular Toiny Beach Club restaurant.
With its wooden shingle siding, the natural exterior nicely contrasts with the modern design inside. Vaulted ceilings of wood enhance the tropical atmosphere, while the minimalist décor keeps things nice and tranquil.
The beach at Toiny Bay can be rough for swimming, however it is an ideal spot for surfers. When seeking out a good beach for swimming, the beaches at Grand Cul-de-Sac and Petit Cul-de-Sac are both within a 5-minute drive.
Living Spaces: The central space at Villa Ti Chato is an open-plan great room, with the living room and kitchen. This room opens onto the terrace, letting in an abundance of natural light and sea breezes.
Soft sofas invite you to sink in, unwind, and disconnect from the rush of modern life. You’ll immediately want to grab a book, gaze out at the ocean views, or kick back with a cool tropical drink. Otherwise, the entertainment center has a flat-screen TV ideal for movie nights.
Kitchen and Dining Room: At the back of the great room is Villa Ti Chato’s modern kitchen. With several areas for preparation and an island with seating, your whole group can get involved with whipping up a gourmet meal. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
Stepping outside onto the covered terrace reveals the villa’s dining table, with seating for 6 guests. Overlooking the stunning Caribbean, there’s nowhere better for an island-style dinner party.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms at Ti Chato Villa, one on either side of the living room. Equal in size, colorful accents and prints above the beds bring splashes of life into the calm
The first bedroom has a plush, U.S. king-sized bed, promising a wonderful night’s sleep. The other bedroom has a pair of twin beds but can be configured into another king. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Screens over the doors let you fall asleep to the cool breezes without the worry of insects.
Outdoor Features: Outside, a beautiful hardwood deck provides plenty of space to soak up the Caribbean weather. With incredible views over Toiny Bay, it’s a beautiful place to spend your days.
At the edge of Ti Chato’s terrace is the swimming pool, offering an easy way to cool off during the day. Sunbathers will want to stake out a spot on one of the loungers, scattered across the deck.
To one side is Villa Ti Chato’s gas grill, where you can host island-style cookouts. As the afternoon fades, there’s nothing quite like firing up the grill to cook some fresh fish and succulent steaks, watching as the sunset sends hues of rosy gold across the sky.
